员工服务态度还不错，还了几次房间，员工都笑脸想带没有不耐烦，房间也好，也干净

Cons:

热水器坏了可以提前通知，我在不知情的情况下选择订这间酒店是不是有欺骗消费者的存在，尤其是住的这两天外面也都在下雨，然后回到酒店还要冲冷水，换做是你你能接受吗

I liked it only because it situated near a mall, so we could get our needs easily.

Cons:

The rooms need to be renovate and we did not have hot water. So I had to wash with cold water. And the hotel hadn't had a reception, just a boy from Bangladesh. I am not satisfied with it with the money we spent. They also did not have card payments and we had to pay from cash. And boy who worked there asked to keep a deposit even after we paid full amount for the room. And they were not pleasant.

Very Bad Hotel Experience

Cons:

Everything is bad. No water heater in our unit, cannot validate the parking. Cost per night parking is about RM18. Receptionist is poorly trained ( clueless about everything). Lift only have 1 for my entire stay waiting time for the lift takes about at least 15-20min. Worst experience.
