Generel en dårlig oplevelse med et lavt service niveau, for et forholdsvist dyrt ophold.
Cons:

1. Vi kom kl 14 da check-in er kl 15. Vi fik først værelser kl 16 - og måtte vente i hotel
Lobby på at rengøringspersonale gav besked til receptionen om der var klart.
2. Nøglekort virkede ikke. Skulle ned og bytte om 6-7 gange på 3 dage.
3. Der var ikke gjort rent i køleskab / der stod gammel mad fra tidligere gæster.
Der blev ikke gjort dagligt rent under vores ophold - dette måtte jeg bede om i receptionen, efter jeg have gjort opmærksom på der stod mad i køleskabet. (På 2. Dagen)
Der flød med affald/plastik foran Aurora. Det lå der stadig da vi tog afsted efter 3 dage.
3. Vi er en familie på 6 (4 børn) og blev fordelt på lejlighed og hotelværelse hvilket gjorde det upraktisk / besværligt med morgenmad mm. Vi opdagede at vi alle 6 kunne have boet i lejligheden sammen.

Für den Preis der Apartment zu teuer.
Pros:

Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist super.

Cons:

Nicht so sauber und einiges funktioniert nicht so, ein Kühlschrank hat doll gestunken. Keine richtige Anbauwand, sondern nur ein kleiner Fernseher, Wohnzimmer wirkte ungemütlich.

Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren genau nach dem Stil der Villa eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück war echt hervorragend. Der Wellnessbereich sauber und sehr schön gestaltet.
Das Personal war super freundlich und auch sehr zuvorkommend.
Kinder sind auch herzlich willkommen.
Allem drum und dran ein gelungener und wunderbarer Kurzurlaub.

Süße kleine Dach - Terrasse am Zimmer.

Cons:

Fahrstuhl war nur am hüpfen, hatte man Angst abzustützen . Sagte Bescheid an der Info. Sie haben kein Personal . Teppichboden zu alt.

war ok für eine nacht aber ich würde nächstes mal woanders bevorzugen.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim frühstück war unglaublich freundlich.

Cons:

bei 34 grad mit einem 5 jährigen mädchen unter dem dachgeschoss zu wohnen war eher grausig. zum glück hatte ich einen ventilator dabei. das zimmer allgemein war leider sehr altbackend und abgewohnt. das frühstück war ok.
