Le personnel a été accueillant.

Cons:

Très déçus par cet établissement. Nous avions réservé sur Booking une chambre double économique, mais à notre arrivée nous avons eu deux lits simples. Malgré notre réservation montrée au personnel, ils n’ont rien voulu savoir.

La chambre était sale, poussiéreuse et les lits très inconfortables.

C’est la première fois que nous sommes déçus par un établissement aux Philippines. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Watch out for the rats.

Check in was labeled as 2pm to 11:30 pm. But they threatened to give the deluxe queen room to someone else if I did not arrive by 10pm. This is unacceptable. Also there were rats in the ceiling making noises. I want a refund.

They were super helpful and allowed me to leave my bag a few times which was super appreciated!

Cons:

Just a note that If the kitchen is closing at 7pm, then you can not order at 6:30pm -
But it’s a cute spot and a good option (I had breakfast the next day and there are loads of restaurants close by!)

Also if you make a booking in person or via WhatsApp instead of on the platform, just ensure you write out the details - we had a few misunderstandings but I think I just wasn’t clear enough
I ended up getting a private room one night, since the dorm was booked, which ended up being great just an extra cost!

Good value, but check rooms for smell/mold
Pros:

Excellent hostel overall - the quality of facilities and the vibe is almost like a hotel. Kitchen with microwave and toaster oven, but no stove and no cups for hot drinks.

Cons:

First two nights the room i stayed in smelled intensely of mold (room 305). One of the two aircons was blowing hot air and possibly was the reason for the smell. It took me two days and four attempts to get the staff to look into it. Eventually they agreed and offered to move me to another room. All would be forgiven if not the attitude of some of the staff members at the reception - one guy and one girl were passive aggressive/unfriendly about the whole thing.
