Pros:

We had a great stay. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. We would happily stay here again!

Pros:

This is a lovely, beautiful hotel close to the main Florence train station. Guests have access to a nice terrace and the people who run it are really wonderful. The room was clean with plenty of space for our luggage, and there was a coffee machine. We were also able to store our luggage for a few hours after check-out, giving us an extra day of exploration in Florence.

Cons:

Our room was on the street-side, so we could hear all the loud noises from the street even after closing the window. Earplugs were provided, but it was still hard to sleep at times.

Complimenti per la struttura e la gentilezza dello staff
Pros:

L'albergo sembra un museo non appena entri con statue e mobili antichi. La stanza pulita e ordinata dove ogni mattina passano per le pulizie. Ottima anche la posizione in centro.Staff simpatico e disponibile nonostante la colazione non fosse inclusa la mattina offriva un caffè con una brioche. Complimenti davvero per la cordialità e gentilezza con cui si è interagito.

Buen sitio por ubicación, confort y comodidad, salvo el tema del WC

Hotel peculiar, bien cuidado, tranquilo y bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de Novella y a 5 minutos del mercado de San Lorenzo, desde donde se puede empezar la visita a la ciudad. El personal muy agradable y servicial, dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Todo limpio y bien cuidado

Cons:

Nuestra habitación disponía de ducha, lavabo y bidet en la misma habitación, pero para asuntos mayores el WC era compartido en zonas comunes, eso sí, limpio.
