Pros:

For sure one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! The hotel manager Remi and the whole staff are just so welcoming, kind and helping at all time!
The rooms are amazing - super clean, nice kitchen, rooftop with daybeds, and a balcony.
The way to the South Island is short and simple. Anyways, they would arrange everything for you at all time!
I would love to come back every year- miss this place already!

Great place to stay on the North Side of Caye Caulker
Pros:

Great staff, very helpful and willing to do things above and beyond expectations. The view, the pool, the furnishings, the location were all great. The restaurant was a good place to hang out during the rain storms. The upstairs bed swing and other swings were a great place to get some protection when the sun was out. The dock was a nice place to be at night and to look at the stars. We took the kayaks out and the staff was very helpful in getting them from storage as well as getting us floatation devices. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

This is definitely a 9.5 property and for Belize a 10+. It could be a 10 in other countries with just a few changes. There was construction going on right behind our building that started at 7:00am on two of the days of our 10 day stay. I know there is nothing that Island Magic Villas could do to stop it, but it would have been nice to know that before arrival. Secondly, the property is about a year old, but there is still some remnants from the construction, especially along side the dock in the rocks. Stuff like a paint roller and misc. construction debris. Out one of the bedroom windows on top of a walkway cover there was another paint roller, rust nails etc. Lastly, the housekeeping seemed to be inconsistent. There was no mat inside the door to put your shoes on so sand gets tracked inside and the villas really could using sweeping everyday or a broom in them. None of this was a deal breaker and I am pretty picky but I would definitely stay at Island Magic Villas again.

Relaxing and peaceful
Pros:

The breakfast (food in general) was hot and fresh! The staff was so accommodating and welcoming! My friend lost her phone on the last day after checkout and the villa staff went above and beyond to help locate the phone! The owner personally inquired about the situation as well. They called, sent updates and was able to send the phone back to us in record time! Love this peaceful place and tasty food & drinks. I will be back again! Much love to my belizean family there after my week stay lol

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was the villas location was on the north island but that was very minor since we had the passes available for the ferry. The ride is literally 1 min across the water. The staff drove us everyday to the ferry pickup location so not even a bad ordeal! Not to mention they text you when you arrive to come get you from the water taxi, get your luggage and take you to the ferry then meet you at the north island and take your bags to the room. Just superior customer service from beginning to end!
