Buena estadía
Pros:

La atención del personal fue de lo mejor, en especial Pedro, siempre bien predispuesto para ayudar y aconsejar. Todos muy atentos y amables.

Cons:

La limpieza quizás no fue lo mas destacable. No podemos decir que estaba sucio, pero si que había partes, como la mesita donde se encuentran las cosas del desayuno, que le faltaba un poco más limpieza.

Charmant petit hôtel
Pros:

Charmant petit hôtel situé dans un quartier très agréable et plutôt calme (Kensington). Quelqu'un à l'accueil 24h/24h. Proche d'une station de métro (earl's court) et de la rue très commerçante (supermarché, restaurants, restauration rapide, distributeur,....). La chambre familiale et les services à disposition sont très corrects. Nous recommandons ce petit hôtel au rapport/qualité prix raisonnable pour Londres.

Cons:

Plutôt des recommandations à connaître avant de réserver : pas de restauration sur place. Couloirs et escaliers étroits. Petit ascenseur pouvant accepter 2 personnes à la fois (sans bagage)

Tiene una buena ubicación. Hay una parada de bus justo en la puerta del hotel y el metro a no más de 10 minutos en Earl’s Court. También tiene un supermercado Tesco al lado que es muy práctico para cualquier cosa.
La limpieza de la habitación muy cuidada. Hay calefacción en la habitación

Cons:

Se nota que necesita una reforma ya que es algo viejo, especialmente el suelo cruje mucho y se escucha en el piso de arriba o abajo a las personas de las habitaciones de al lado.
La cama es bastante incómoda, es un colchón de muelles y para nosotros es el punto más importante.

El personal muy amable, pedro nos ayudo con todo lo que necesitábamos y mas. Recepción 24 horas. La ubicación es muy buena, parada de metro cercana y supermercado cercano.

Cons:

Los colchones son horribles y las almohadas son muy duras.
