Great location, great price.
Pros:

They provided storage on the day of departure, which was good as I was flying in the late evening. The bathroom was bigger than I expected and well lit.

Cons:

The desk was rather cramped. If you are after a room and don't need a flat surface, then it is fine, but a little hard to work on. Still great value for money for the location of the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay at West Cromwell Hotel was very disappointing. The room did not look like the pictures advertised, and there was visible mould in the bathroom, which I found very concerning and unhygienic.

As a nurse working in healthcare, I am particularly aware of the potential health risks associated with mould and did not feel comfortable staying in these conditions.

I kindly request a full refund due to the condition of the room and the health concerns it caused.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Bus fährt vor der Tür und die nächste U-Bahn Station ist nicht weit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Straße ist bei offenem Fenster ganz schön laut aber so ist es nun mal in einer Großstadt.

Easy to locate, spacious. Near great strip of pubs and shops. Close to train.

Cons:

Room next to reception carried in noise from the hallway which spooked me a couple of times but if you have warning of that it’s fine :)

Pulizia perfetta, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, posizione buona. Fermata autobus davanti all'hotel e metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi.Consigliato.
