Bu otelde daha öncede konakladım direk istiklalde ulaşım her açıdan güzel zaten memnun kaldığım için tekrar tercih ettim fiyat performansına göre gayet başarılı.
Resepsiyondakiler çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdiler böyle işini severek yapanlar fazla kalmadı maalesef bu konuda Santa Ottomanı takdir ediyorum

Cons:

Barlar sokağında olduğu için geceleri çok gürültülü oluyordu maalesef.
Yan odadaki müşteriler çok gürültülüydü ve bağırmaları kapıları açıp kapamaları uykumdan uyandırıyordu halbuki resepsiyondan uyarmaya geldiler bi değişiklik olmadı.
İlk günler ben her otelde olduğu gibi temizlik bekledim en son resepsiyona söyledim ve temizlik istiyorsam günlük resepsiyona belirtmem gerektiğini söylediler halbuki daha önceki geldiğimde böyle değildi.
