Pros:

完全是慘痛的住宿經驗，花錢就算了，客訴Booking完全沒有抵制的效力，對消費者而言非常吃虧！！！！！
大家千萬別上當！Booking平台也沒有善盡為消費者把關的義務！！！

Cons:

平台上說五星的照片，到現場完全不符合，整間飯店老舊，房間飄臭味，設備更是不堪，床單被單完全不及格，早餐都是外匯，冷的不新鮮，令人生氣的是……平台賣房間不實在，線上是2人房一間，我們有6人，所以總共
訂了3間房，結果現場每間房間都能住4人（1張雙人床+2張單人床），跟櫃檯人員溝通要退1間房，但是櫃檯人員不會說英文或者是推託責任，態度懶散不想處理，打電話給booking客服也是於事無補！！！ 隔天處理狀況一拖再拖……..我們只好認賠！慘痛的住宿經驗，Booking完全沒有抵制的效力，也無法申請賠償，太可笑了！！！！！！！

Las aguas termales

Cons:

Demasiado caro para sus instalaciones , muy sucio la piscina y el sauna o baño turco , era como para salir corriendo , deberían hacer un mantenimiento mejor de ese hotel, falta más acondicionador y limpiar las hervidoras que estaba con sarro , en cuanto a la alimentación fue desagradable porque todo era muy seco(nuggets o papa fritas ) y de baja calidad .

Doğanın içinde , tertemiz ve huzurlu bir termal tatil geçirdik.
Pros:

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel temiz, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Termal suyu çok rahatlatıcıydı. Etrafı yeşillik, ağaçlar ve temiz havayla çevrili olması da ayrı bir güzellikti. Huzurlu, dinlendirici bir tatil oldu, tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Cons:

Öneri olarak çocuk alanı oyun alanı olabilirdi.

Pros:

Lobi, bahçe, odalar geniş ve konforlu. Termal havuz ve spa da harika. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Cons:
