tout était faux et mensonger sur le descriptif. J'avais réservé ce que vous présentiez comme une "suite royale", c'était en réalité un local très étroit type couloir d'environ1,70 m de large et 7m de long où sont installés 3 lits en enfilade ce qui ne laisse plus de place lorsqu'on est 3 personnes avec 3 valises Bien sûr, pas de chaise, l'inconfort le pus total, dans un local archi- sombre et très humide. J'aurais voulu changer d'hotel mais la réservation avait été débitée depuis plus d'un mois -ce qui m'avait étonné et n'avait pas eu mon assentiment-
La salle d'eau, c'est à dire un pommeau de douche à côté d'un WC (sans papier hygiénique) et un mini lavabo sans tablette pour poser ses affaires de toilette ni porte serviette ni....ni...
Le ménage de la "chambre" ni la réfection des lits n'est prévu
La pièce était très bruyante 'bruits de l'extérieur"
Par contre, le petit déjeuner était correct. Le patio l'espace intérieur, est beau et typique du riad marocain et vous permet d'attirer vos clients. Cet établissement peut convenir à des clients type "routards" mais pas à des adultes et surtout pas à des seniors.
Concernant Booking dont je suis client depuis plusieurs années et satisfait des réservations antérieures, , je suis fort mécontent et espère avoir un retour (en français bien sûr)

Rooms were very cold and not comfortable at all. There was only one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay and even after asking, we didn’t receive more. One of the rooms didn’t even have a bin. The toilet was not working properly and although we were told several times it would be fixed, nothing was done.

It was also extremely noisy and impossible to sleep well. The Medina area is very busy, crowded and full of aggressive street sellers, which made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable.

If this is your first time in Marrakech and you prefer спокойствие, clean environment and good sleep, I would strongly recommend staying in Gueliz instead. It is actually cheaper and much more comfortable.

Good Location, just walk out and enter the Medina, other sights also in walking distance. Tasty breakfast - just be Aware it was the same every day.

Cons:

Very loud at Night and early Morning. Light from the stairway keeps turning on and off - shining directly on the beds. Maybe a curtain would be helpful.
