Important information:

Guests should inform the hotel in advance of their car registration number if they wish to unload luggage at the hotel door. This is because the area is restricted to traffic.

Although reception is open until midnight, guests arriving after 20:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival.

All the above information can be noted in the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting the property.

Please note that breakfast is served from 8.30 - 10.00 and there is a supplement for breakfast outside these hours.

Hotel Roca-Mar is located in Benidorm's old town, for arrivals by car please follow these directions from Elche Park at the end of Avenida de Los Almendros.
o Turn left into the pedestrian zone.
o Stop at the traffic lights, press the inter-com and state that you are coming to to leave luggage at Hotel Roca-Mar.
o Take the first street on the right after the traffic lights, in the direction of the old town.
o Take the second street, Calle Condestable Zaragoza and then the first street on the left, Caretera Quatre Canton, Hotel Roca-Mar is located here.


Please note that after check-out, guests can use the hotel facilities at an extra cost.

Guests wishing to keep their scooter inside the hotel must pay EUR 10 per day. Double scooters are not allowed.

A good place to stay
Pros:

Location, Clean, Comfortable, Quiet street at night.

Cons:

I am not a fan of glass walled en-suites. Due to construction of the building, noise of tv from next room kept me awake during the night and a radio woke me early. If I was staying longer I would have spoken with the occupants.

Llegamos por la tarde y estaba todo peatonal y tuvimos que dejar el coche en un parking y andar con las maletas hasta el hotel.

Great Location in the old town
Pros:

Sorted out a kettle, cups etc as there wasnt any in our room.
Liked the link they sent to book a taxi.
Stayed here before and location is great.

Cons:

Being on the ground floor, you could hear a lot of noise walking past at night.

Nice stay apart from noisy neighbours
Pros:

Location,, price and friendliness of staff

Cons:

Fridge in room didn't work.
Noisy guests kept us awake which isn't the hotels fault, but it did detract from our stay

A lovely stay for first visit to Benidorm.
Pros:

A perfect location in the old town. The room was good value for money. Would stay here again. Good facilities. Mini fridge. Kettle and cups etc. Safe. Large wardrobe.

Cons:

Only small table so difficult to make tea and coffee. Didn’t like the glass partition for bathroom as could hear everything from the room. Not a dealbreaker though.
