Important information:

Guests should inform the hotel in advance of their car registration number if they wish to unload luggage at the hotel door. This is because the area is restricted to traffic.

Although reception is open until midnight, guests arriving after 20:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival.

Please note that breakfast is served from 8.30 - 10.00 and there is a supplement for breakfast outside these hours.

Hotel Roca-Mar is located in Benidorm's old town, for arrivals by car please follow these directions from Elche Park at the end of Avenida de Los Almendros.
o Turn left into the pedestrian zone.
o Stop at the traffic lights, press the inter-com and state that you are coming to to leave luggage at Hotel Roca-Mar.
o Take the first street on the right after the traffic lights, in the direction of the old town.
o Take the second street, Calle Condestable Zaragoza and then the first street on the left, Caretera Quatre Canton, Hotel Roca-Mar is located here.


Please note that after check-out, guests can use the hotel facilities at an extra cost.

Guests wishing to keep their scooter inside the hotel must pay EUR 10 per day. Double scooters are not allowed.

Staff molto disponibile, sopra tutto la signora che si e accompagnata in stanza, la vicinanza al mare

Quando se osservano comportamento scorretti, Ho prenotato in questo hotel tramite Booking, nella terza settimana di luglio, con il mio account Booking Genius livello 2, per giovedì 23 luglio: una camera matrimoniale senza balcone con colazione, al prezzo di 124 euro. Ho scelto questa soluzione proprio perché la camera con balcone costava di più. Per curiosità, oggi sabato 25 luglio ho ricontrollato i prezzi senza il mio account Booking: per giovedì 30 luglio, quindi nella settimana successiva, una camera con gli stessi requisiti senza balcone e con colazione costa 93 euro, mentre quella con balcone e colazione costa 120 euro. Questo mi ha deluso profondamente. Non so di chi e la colpa. È evidente che il prezzo pagato non era affatto quello ho pagato e ne anche vantaggioso: ho speso 124 euro per una matrimoniale senza balcone, quando pochi giorni dopo la stessa tipologia veniva proposta a molto meno. Mi sembra un modo scorretto di trattare i clienti e di prendere in giro chi prenota con fiducia.

La ubicación y la habitación son una maravilla.

Cons:

No podéis tener a una chica atendiendo todo el hotel, mínimo necesita un/una ayudante porque no daba a basto con todo. Estaba muy agobiada y no me pudo dar la habitación por un "problema" en la reserva y tuve que esperar más de 1h a las 10 de la noche. Solucionar eso YA.

Air con was very good. Nice location near the beach.

Cons:

Charged €100 per person per night for a safety deposit but nothing was confirmed about this prior on booking.com or on property website.

Was then accused of damages by staff member but quickly shut this down as they had targeted the wrong room / people.
