Guests should inform the hotel in advance of their car registration number if they wish to unload luggage at the hotel door. This is because the area is restricted to traffic.

Hotel Roca-Mar is located in Benidorm's old town, for arrivals by car please follow these directions from Elche Park at the end of Avenida de Los Almendros.
o Turn left into the pedestrian zone.
o Stop at the traffic lights, press the inter-com and state that you are coming to to leave luggage at Hotel Roca-Mar.
o Take the first street on the right after the traffic lights, in the direction of the old town.
o Take the second street, Calle Condestable Zaragoza and then the first street on the left, Caretera Quatre Canton, Hotel Roca-Mar is located here.
Please note that after check-out, guests can use the hotel facilities at an extra cost.

Guests wishing to keep their scooter inside the hotel must pay EUR 10 per day. Double scooters are not allowed.

De bedden kraakte enorm
Ontbijthoek was ongezellig. Als er een beetje volk was weergalmde het daar enorm. Ontbijthoek was in de kelder.
Location and value for money
There were no glasses or cups so you couldn't have a drink, of water for example
Staff freindly, rooms modern and clean. The hotel room service food very good and reasonable priced
Wish it had a bar
Clean and spacious. Very good location in the Old Town. Both beaches within short walking distance and very near to a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops.
Occasional noise from people walking past the hotel in early hours of the morning. No direct sunlight on the side rooms with close proximity of other apartments across a narrow alley.
The location is just what we like. Right in the heart of the Old Town with all of the amenities close by.
Could be a little bit noisy but nothing to worry about.

My room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly when requesting taxis and storage of luggage upon arrival leaving. I will be back

This hotel is very clean and in a nice quiet location but close to the bars and restaurants. The staff are so friendly and helpful at this hotel. This accommodation is really good value for money. Will most definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly, location was good, pretty quiet area with good access to the beach, room cleaned everyday and towels replaced daily
Very small room, no reading lights in the room only the main light, provided a kettle but only 2 teabags for 5 days, which weren't replenished, 1 big cup and 1 small cup for some reason, no drininking glasses or plastic cups for water, left us without toilet roll one day
