Longe de tudo. E como tudo em Boa vista caríssimo.
Café da manhã foi a melhor coisa da estadia, porém não tem circulação de ar, então depois que sai do café sua roupa está fortemente fedendo a comida.
O barulho nos quartos, quem fala no corredor, dá pra ouvir tudo. Banheiro muito apertado.
Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos.

The people at reception, particularly Lara and Mateus. They had small coffee and cookies as you went in and out, and I'm a sucker for coffee and cookies!
The room felt like a cell. For the price paid, it was extremely small, and there are no windows to the outside anywhere in the hotel.
The breakfast was very simple and lacked in variety. You ask for eggs; they don't ask you if you want them. Only one kind of juice (orange), but one day, there was none. The things they do serve are there some days and not on others.
They could have cleaned the room when I was out, but they waited until I came back each day. This needs to be organized to work more efficiently to the guests' needs.
After they had cleaned the room, I had to request a towel one day. Another day, I had to request a sheet. Twice I requested toilet paper as there was only a little left on the one roll they provided. The website says toiletries are provided, but I received one bar of soap and one big towel - no hand towel, no hair cleaning products, etc.
They are usually good about opening the door, but the only way in or out, so far as I know, is through the garage where cars are parked. If there is another way out, the guests should be informed so they could get out in an emergency.
Many of these things are minor details, but at the price paid, you should receive these things. I would say that the cost vs. value was not good for this room.
The staff was very attentive to our needs and were very friendly.It felt safe to be there which is our main requirement .
