THIS IS THE FILFTHIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN INDIA.

SNOT ON THE WALLS, DIRTY BEDSHEETS THAT STILL HAD ANOTHERS PUBIC HAIR, THEY HAD NOT BEED CHANGED. A/C THAT DIDN'T WORK.

THIS HOTEL WAS RUN BY IGNORANT, RUDE F.O.H STAFF WHO MADE NO EFFORT ND HAD NO MANNERS.
NO FACILITES, NO KITCHEN, NO FOOD,

THE KINDEST THISNG THE STAFF DID FOR ME IS CALL TAXI TO LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT.
HORRIBLE NOISY LOCATION ON AFRICA AVENUE.

Room provided was in first floor .it was smelling bad.
Reciptionist took extra money as advance and did not return back. I am not sure how are other room. As I wanted room in urgent. They understood it and gave this bad room. I am not at all satisfied.

Very bad experience and very bad staff, specially the manager and the person who took the booking.
Pros:

Only the location was good.

Cons:

The manager refused at first and he was asking extra money . The manager in particular from Odisha was very rude and not at all polite. The room was decent but the over all staffs were very rude and my wife felt uncomfortable statying at the room.

Good value for money in a central location of Delhi!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The reception desk provided very useful information of the surrounding area and the available facilities. Breakfast menu was limited, however, the food quality was excellent.

Cons:

More information on booking.com website about what a customer is going to experience at the property would be useful. I did not find all that information on the website. In some ways, experiencing better things at the property was a pleasant surprise!
