Cons:

Bei Ankunft niemand anwesend. Ein Koch! hat uns geholfen. Zimmer war kalt bzw. nicht geheizt und es roch nach Zigarettenrauch. Als wir vom Ausgang zurück kamen konnten wir nicht in die Tiefgarage bzw. nicht eintreten. Mussten den Besitzer um 24:00 aus dem Bett holen, der nicht im Hotel wohnte. Hat uns ein anderes warmes Zimmer gegeben. Nie wieder werden dort eintreffen

This was a truly horrible experience.
Pros:

The building and room were very nice.

Cons:

The AC was broken and I was unable to reach anyone about this during the night. We payed extra to stay here due to AC and were told the next morning “What do you want me to do about it. You’ve already paid”. They refused to give even a partial refund or assist in any way. They also refused to acknowledge there was a problem. The inability to reach someone from the staff when the problem was noted and hostile response were shocking for a hotel such as this.
