Pros:

The rooms given to us were completely different from what was shown in the pictures — misleading and unacceptable.

To make things worse, there was no water in the bathrooms in the evening. Even after repeatedly contacting the staff, they failed to fix the issue.

And if that wasn’t enough, the linen was dirty and caused rashes during the night.

Overall, a terrible and frustrating stay. This level of service is shocking and highly disappointing.

Pros:

I arrived there and basically was told to fuck off because today no booking off a room would be possible. The person on the reception was not interessed about the fact that i have done a reservation with booking.com. Strange that now they honestly expect some feedback since i was not able to stay there. Got a "normal" Hotel nearby luckily. This place here is not reliable at all!
