سلبية قوية جدا: عند حجز الغرفة عن طريق بوكنج، تم عرض صور لغرف متعددة، وليس صورة الغرفة المراد حجزها، مما سبب ريبة عند الحجز

Les personnes de la réception sont très gentils et accueillants et serviable et aussi au niveau du petit déjeuner c'était bon et service très bien 👍👍👍

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur la rue y avait un peu de bruit mais c'était propre et climatisé 👍

Der var urent inde på værelset.. tror ikke der var gjort rent. Manglede sæbe og køleren virkede ikke..
Sengen lugtede urent og gul sengetøj.
Tydelige tejn på urenhed med støv og snavs
Men personalet var smilende.

انحص بالاقامه فية في فصل الشتاء أما الصيف خدمة المكيف مؤقتة اربع ساعات باليوم فقط

موقع الفندق جيد قرب المحلات والمطاعم

Cons:

عدم تعاون موظفي الاستقبال بالاستثناء الموظف نشاة يجيد اللغة العربيه وخلوق ومتعاون معي
المكيف يعمل اربع ساعات فقط في اليوم وبعد المجادلة معهم وطلبت منهم التحدث مع مدير الفندق رفضو وبعدها أعطوني 10 ساعات للمكيف باليوم فقط

I will not repeat this experience again.

للأسف كانت تجربة الإقامة في هذا الفندق سيئة جدًا ولا ترقى لأي مستوى مقبول. الغرفة ضيقة بشكل مزعج، والسرير غير مريح إطلاقًا مما أثر على جودة النوم. كذلك الحمام ضيق جدًا وغير عملي، والمناشف قديمة ومهترئة ولا تليق بفندق يُفترض أنه يقدم خدمة محترمة.

أما من ناحية التعامل، فكان أداء الموظفين دون المستوى، يفتقرون للاحترافية وحسن الاستقبال، ولم يتم التعامل مع الملاحظات بالشكل المطلوب.

بصراحة، تجربة مخيبة للآمال من جميع النواحي، ولا أنصح بها إطلاقًا، ولن أكررها مرة أخرى

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very poor and did not meet any acceptable standard. The room was uncomfortably small, and the bed was not comfortable at all, which negatively affected the quality of sleep. The bathroom was also very cramped and impractical, and the towels were old and worn out, which is not appropriate for a hotel that is supposed to provide decent service.

As for the staff, their performance was below expectations. They lacked professionalism and proper hospitality, and my concerns were not handled as they should have been.

Honestly, it was a disappointing experience in every aspect. I do not recommend it at all, and I will not repeat it again.

Alles in allem, Preis-/Leistung ok!
Pros:

Frühstück war ok. Zimmer grundsätzlich auch.
Für 50€ mit Frühstück da kann man nicht viel erwarten.

Cons:

Frühstück war ok, aber es gab nicht mal einen Tee.
Personal war zwischen 7.20-7.40 Uhr nicht zu finden. Vielleicht gerade beim Vorbereiten unten.
Kein Toaster.

I booked a room with a big double bed and one small bed, but they gave me a room with a small double bed. If you take a shower, the water goes on the floor. The room needs renovation.

Very comfortable and wonderful stay
Pros:

The property was very clean, bed very comfortable and staff were superb and extremely helpful. The toilet seat was broken and was immediately fixed after reporting it to staff. Breakfast was yum with a wide variety.

Cons:

It was a good 13-15mins walk to Kent Meydani and half hour walk to Ulu Camii.
