I had a wonderful time at this beautiful and clean lodge!
Pros:

The food was great, staff members were very welcoming and professional, the location was amazing, and I felt really safe.

Cons:

I had a really good time there. Perhaps the only constructive feedback is to ensure that the Wi-Fi always works very well in the rooms.

Absolutely Great.
Pros:

I like the fact some staff were very professional in the sense of their communication skills. Overall, a good environment to relax.
The cleaners were very helpful and thorough.
Overall experience - excellent.

Cons:

It's not about my dislikes but more of my observation and helpful suggestive improvement. I've addressed my overall observation during my fourteen days stay.

Great place and friendly staff. Just jack up information on what the Hotel has to offer.
Pros:

Great Location. Very friendly staff. Very good facilities.

Cons:

There was no Hotel information in the rooms for example the In Room Dining Menu. General Hotel information like TV Channels and other services provided by the Hotel , Bar times, what can be ordered from the bar etc.

Our stay was pleasant. We liked the greenery around the hotel.
Pros:

Great breakfast

Cons:

At times the staff service was a bit slow in the dining room.

The second stay on New Year’s Eve was a bit disappointing to find that there were no planned new year activities in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great stay
Pros:

Central location with lovely amenities. Great attention to details in the room. Attended a wedding here and truly enjoyed the facilities. Well kept grounds. Lovely breakfast spread!

Cons:

Not wheelchair friendly. My grandmother could only access the first floor on reception.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and AC worked perfectly

Cons:

The room wasn't ready an hour after check in,we were allocated another one but it wasn't really clean, dirty walls and not so clean shower
