Short visit to El Salvador
Pros:

Kindness of the entire staff, amazing breakfast with a lot of options and local food also.

Cons:

Facilities need to be updated. I didn't like the room they gave me was near to the street and near the general air conditiong engine, so you can imagine the noise and the difficult to sleep, that is the most inportant thing in a hotel.

Buena ubicación, excelente personal
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el servicio de bar y restaurante. Antonio fue muy gentil en sugerir buenos cócteles y la comida muy sabrosa. Desayuno abundante. Todo el personal muy amable

Cons:

Hay cuartos con vista a la piscina y otros con vista a una pared enorme, esos no son muy agradables. En el baño sugiero pongan barras de seguridad ya que piso lo sentí resbaladizo y una persona de la tercera edad podría tener un accidente.

La atención, los exteriores, la ubicación y el desayuno buffet, buenísimo

Cons:

Los interiores son anticuados, las tv de los cuartos están dañadas y obsoletas, están colocadas en una muy mala posición para ver desde la cama, las almohadas son muy incómodas, en la noche se escucha un zumbido muy fuerte por los ductos de ventilación

De turista en la calle por primera vez en mi vida.
Cons:

Inconveniente con la reserva/ realizamos llamada el día que llegamos al país y nos confirmaron vía telefónica la disponibilidad de la habitación y al llegar al hotel no tenían el espacio.

No nos ofrecieron alternativa, dejándonos sin hospedaje y sin alguna solución segura. Nos dejaron esperando en la recepción sin llegar un encargado para revisar la anomalía de la situación.

La página envío varios mensajes diferentes/ ambiguos y sin retirar por completo de la plataforma la reserva.

Ante tanta irregularidad quizás: si no me aparecía en las instalaciones cobraban el cargo.. como si yo simplemente no había llegado, sin retirar la reserva en el sistema.

Me pareció un fraude en línea y sobre- venta de espacio aprovechándose de la situación de alta demanda en ese momento.

Además de que como Hotel y empresa que recibe turismo no respetó el espacio que debe guardar para situaciones de imprevistos o emergencia/ con aparente sobre-venta de lo disponible.
