Mah, stanza pulita ma il resto da lavorarci
Pros:

La stanza era pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani anche.

Cons:

Avevo riservato dal 10-12 febbraio poiché il mio aereo sarebbe atterrato alle 2:00 del mattino dell'11.
Ho scritto comunque alla struttura, un messaggio gentile per chiedergli se gli andava bene, mi hanno risposto secchi 'ricezione 24h'. Poi mi hanno chiesto l'ora di arrivo tramite booking, gli ho riscritto l'orario e mi arriva il messaggio 'richiesta rifiutata!'.
Riscrivo alla struttura perdendo non so quanto tempo è mi dicono 'se arrivi il 10 va bene, ma l'11 abbiamo già un'altra riservazione (ma io avevo riservato dal 10 al 12 quindi com'era possibile?), vabbè un casino ma poi si è risolta. Arrivo alle 2:00 del mattino e il ragazzo alla reception non sapeva del mio arrivo ed ho aspettato 20min perché è andato a svegliare il proprietario 2 volte perché non sapeva ne cosa fare ne che stanza darmi, inoltre non sapeva come far funzionare l'elettricità nella stanza! Il mattino mi sveglio alle 5:00 (in pratica ho dormito 2h)perché il letto è sotto la finestra e vieni accecato dalla luce e alle 7:00 iniziano i martelli pneumatici e i martelli degli operai che lavorano nella costruzione del palazzo a fianco della stanza (così per le due mattine che ho dormito li, un incubo) Il mattino scendo e vedo quello della reception girato a guardare il sedere di una cliente con la figlia, l'ho trovato disgustoso e poco professionale.
Ogni supermercato o caffetteria distano a più di 20min a piedi.

Muito boa.
Pros:

O flat é novinho, tudo lindo e organizado, a localização é de frente para a praia, tem estacionamento, recepção e parece bem seguro.

Cons:

Gostei bastante, só é um pouco apertado, especialmente o banheiro.

Excelente localização
Pros:

O flat é muito completinho e bem aconchegante. Localização excelente no Bessa.

Havia uma obra ao lado e teve dois momentos sem energia no prédio.
