Pros:

The location and access to visit nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Very difficult to find the pub as it's name is still called The Bolton Arms and not told that before. The room configuration had a sink located in the bedroom.

A picturesque, quaint location with friendly staff, gorgeous food at a good price.
Pros:

Gorgeous place! Such wonderful staff too and so peaceful. The people of the village of Redmire were so welcoming, we felt so included. The food was also amazing- massive portions and good value for money! And of course, Hawkstone on draft!

Cons:

Bed was a little stiff and could have just done with some fans for the heat but wonderful otherwise!

Nice area, food passable. Would not stay again.
Cons:

Not sure what was going on in the roof space above our room at night, but it sounded like it had been invaded by squirrels or other such vermin. That and late at night it sounded as though someone was dragging crates along the pathway.
