Great stay
Pros:

Comfortable and clean room! Provided an extra bed. Perfect location near the city center. Just outside so the food options are better and more local!

Vor dem einzigen Eingang über den Hinterhof stapelt sich der Müll. Die Straße davor ist wohl der Hauptumschlagsplatz für Betäubungsmittel.

Good for a stopover for blokes but not a neighbourhood I’d walk my wife through.
Pros:

10 minutes from Munich Train Station. Supplied fan in room on a very sweltering night.
Comfortable bed

Cons:

No kettle and tv with more than one English channel (BBC News which everyone in England hates). No plug sockets by bed to charge up iPhone.
