schon bei Check-In gemerkt dass ich einen Fehler gemacht habe dieses Hotel zu buchen.
Ein vielleicht gerade 18 Jähriger Rezeptionist, wenig bis kaum deutsch Kenntnisse, hat lustlos seine Arbeit gemacht. Er hat gemerkt dass ich immer mehr genervt wurde und hat sich einen Spaß daraus gemacht mich zu ärgern in dem er meinen (deutschen) Namen absichtlich so oft falsch vorgelesen hat, 3 mal den Ausweis wollte und ich meinen Namen dann noch auf ein weisses DinA4 Blatt schreiben musste????

Mir wurde gesagt ich habe Frühstück mit dabei bei der Buchung. Morgen wurde ich dann vom Frühstücksbuffett weggezerrt, ich muss schon 15€ extra zahlen. Die ebenso ausländisch ältere Dame meinte auf mein der Kollege meinte ich habe Frühstück, nur : mann kann ja selber lesen.
Weiter gehts mit check out bzw Koffer abholen am Abend.
Ein weiterer ausländischer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption zwinkert mir zu, grinst debil und starrt mir nach bis ich die Treppen runter gehe? Das war schon Belästigung!!!

Zum Zimmer, verschmutzte Wände, Schimmel in Bad, Dusche Toilette sage ich nicht viel da lasse ich die Bilder für sich sprechen:)

Eine bitte an alle: bucht niemals dieses Hotel!

Det hele rengøringen var der intet af personalet var modbydelig vi endte med og leje noget andet da værelset var utrolig beskidt og personalet var meget ubehagelig da vi sagde det vi endte med og betale for 2 dage på dette skod hotel selvom vi ikke blev der plus de var så frække og anmode om 15 euro for en barneseng som der stod der var gratis da vi bookede vil virkelig fråde alle og booke det hotel her

Clean room for a good rate located right by the train station
Pros:

Clean, modern room that is spacious enough for a short stay in Munich. The location is a few minutes from the central strain station and pretty close to the point after which Goethestrasse actually turns into a pretty nice street.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage sehr gut, das Personal ist freundlich und die Rezeption 24/7 besetzt.
Pros:

Die Lage war für meinen Aufenthalt perfekt, gleich in der Umgebung kleine Geschäfte zur Selbstverpflegung und nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Das Gepäck durfte ich schon vor dem check in abstellen!

Cons:

Der TEPPICH in meinem Zimmer und der Stuhl war fleckig und speckig. Die Sauberkeit des Teppichs, lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Vorhang verschlissen und zerrissen.
(Ich habe allerdings gesehen, das nicht in allen Zimmern Teppiche waren).
Leider war ein Lunchpaket bei Abreise 30 Minuten vor Frühstücksbeginn nicht möglich.
