Pros:

De erg vriendelijke service en de opvallende behulpzaamheid, de goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, de netheid van de kamer en de goed functionerende airco.

Cons:

Niets speciaals. De uitrusting was basic maar wel functioneel. De kamer was aan de kleine kant, maar zeker nog oké.

Très belle expérience à Hotelo Lyon Charité ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de toute l’équipe.
On se sent vraiment bien accueilli dès l’arrivée.

L’hôtel est agréable, propre et très bien situé pour profiter de Lyon.
Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le côté humain et sympathique de l’équipe.

Une adresse que nous garderons précieusement pour nos prochains séjours à Lyon. Merci à tous et à très bientôt !

We stayed four days in Lyon and the hotel location was perfect for what we had planned.

2/10 – Die 8,3 Punkte sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar

Die 8,3 Punkte auf Booking können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir zahlten 117 € für ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht – zum Glück nur für eine Nacht.

Die Lobby wirkt zunächst ordentlich, der Eindruck ändert sich jedoch bereits im Treppenhaus: alter, stark abgenutzter und schmutziger Teppich. Auch die Booking-Fotos vermitteln aus unserer Sicht einen deutlich besseren Eindruck als die Realität.

Das Zimmer war nur ca. 2,4 m breit, extrem beengt und lag direkt an der Hauptstraße. Das Bett füllte den Raum nahezu vollständig aus. Der Durchgang zum Badezimmer war nur etwa 40 cm breit – für uns eine Zumutung, ein solches Zimmer als Doppelzimmer anzubieten.

Das Badezimmer war der absolute Tiefpunkt: schmutziger Boden, ein gefundener Fußnagel und Schimmel an mehreren Stellen, sogar am Duschkopf. Die Schiebetür war schmutzig und stark abgegriffen, der Rahmen durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen. Auch Lichtschalter und Waschbeckenunterschrank waren verschmutzt bzw. beschädigt.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend: abgezählte Mini-Croissants, Toast statt Baguette und wenig Auswahl. Die Kunststoffbehälter für den Aufschnitt waren teilweise gerissen, aufgeplatzt oder ausgebrochen.

Für 117 € erwarten wir keinen Luxus, aber Sauberkeit und Hygiene sind das Minimum. Beides hat hier aus unserer Sicht deutlich gefehlt.

Unser Fazit: maximal 2/10 Punkte. Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen und nicht weiterempfehlen.
