Velká ochota personálu, který pomůže se vším. Naplánovali nám dva dny v parku, zařídili vstupy, odvoz a poradili s místem, kde se najíst. Příjemným bonusem bylo to, že se hotel nachází v blízkosti parku.

La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima per visitare il parco di Zhangjiajie (montagne di Avatar). L’entrata è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Così come anche il Canyon (Glass Bridge) a circa 30 minuti di taxi. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e molto pulite. Molto comode e con tutti i servizi.
La cosa migliore è tuttavia lo staff: gentile e disponibile. Grazie a Feifei che ci ha seguiti passo passo nell’organizzazione del nostro soggiorno, dai transfert aeroporto/hotel ai vari tour con consigli chiari e utilissimi. Questo ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. Tutto perfetto.

All the places we’ve stayed in during our three week stay in China have been warm and hospitable. The staff in this homestay have gone above and beyond what could be expected in every aspect. They were extremely thoughtful in providing us with hot spiced tea and snacks when we came back from a rainy day in the mountain, organised tickets and suggested itineraries to make the most of our visits to the mountains and canyon. We would recommend this place 100% and hope that many other travellers have the opportunity to stay in this very special homestay.

it was very centrally located and close to the zhangjiajie national park . The people were absolutely amazing and helped us a lot showing us how to navigate the park while helping us with bookings ( there was no upcharge ) . breakfast was also very nice ! also bedtime tea was very nice !

La atención del persona es excepcional. Sobre todo la de Lili. No hablan inglés pero tienen un traductor y nos pudimos comunicar. Nos reservaron todas las actividades y entradas, nos guiaron en como hacer los recorridos. Nos reservaron taxis. Te dan te, frutas y snacks gratis todo el tiempo. Las habitación son muy cómodas.
Las instalaciones de la parte de afuera estan sin mantenimiento. La parte del desayunador es pequeño y se ve la cocina falta una separación. Pero igualmente vale la pena hospedarse ahi por la atención y la ubicación.
We stayed at the hotel for three days, two nights, and the hotel staff made sure that we made the best out of every bit of time that we stayed with them. From picking us up personally, to helping us plan our trips in the late evening, to arranging the trip and giving us free maps and gear such as raincoats, to bringing us fruit and tea to the room after coming back from visiting the attractions, the service was truly immaculate. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, and communication in English was uncomplicated. Additionally, they have two lovely pets, a big dog and a cat, in the lobby that come to greet you when you arrive, and they are the most loveliest. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the great stay!
Our experience at Wang Yun Residence Boutique Homestay was simply spectacular. From the very first moment, they made us feel at home. The service is impeccable: all the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
They helped us a lot with reservations for different places and activities, giving us great recommendations and making everything so easy for us. You can really tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and overall experience.
We would especially like to mention Wiwi, who was absolutely amazing with us — always attentive, warm, professional, and with the most beautiful attitude. Thanks to her (and the entire team), our stay was even more special.

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excepcional. Lo que más nos gustó fue el ambiente tan hogareño y acogedor que tienen; el lugar tiene mucho estilo, pero sobre todo es muy cómodo, lo que se agradece mucho después de caminar todo el día.
La ubicación es maravillosa, ideal para moverse por la zona y visitar los puntos de interés cercanos. Sin embargo, lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la atención del.personal.
Queremos mencionar especialmente a Wiwi. Fue increíblemente amable y nos facilitó muchísimo el viaje al ayudarnos con la reserva de.todos los.boletos y tours antes de que llegáramos. Gracias a ella, no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada para visitar el Forest Park, Tianmen Mountain y Grand Canyon. Fue un alivio total tener eso organizado y las experiencias fueron inolvidables.
Muchas gracias a Wiwi y a todo el equipo por ser tan atentos y hacernos sentir como en casa. Recomiendo este sitio sin dudarlo y, si volvemos por aquí, repetiremos seguro.

Servicio excepcional, uno de los mejores que hemos recibido nunca. Además de irnos a buscar al tren y de volvernos a llevar cuandos nos íbamos, respondieron siempre a todas nuestras consultas sobre el parque Zhanjiajie y la montaña Tianmen. La habitación era muy cómoda con una cama que nos quitó el jetlag del viaje. El desayuno, aunque con pocas opciones, era muy sabroso y de mejor calidad que en un hotel 5 estrellas que estuvimos previamente. Este alojamiento y, sobre todo, las personas que trabajan en él son excelentes.

Замечательный отель в прекрасном месте. Персонал очень старается. Бесплатное такси в аэропорт и из него. Работники отеля помогли с бронированием билетов в парк и были всегда на связи
Завтрак несмотря на то, что он начинается с 7:30, был неготов. Завтрак подают в неотапливаемом помещении, температура там такая же как и на улице. Зимой это не очень здорово.

Bardzo zaangażowana i miła obsługa, która pomimo złej pogody (trafiliśmy na śnieg, mgłę, deszcz) robiła wszystko aby nam ten pobyt umilić. Bardzo smaczne domowe chińskie śniadanie. Wygodne łóżka z czystą pościelą.
Po zameldowaniu do pokoju okna były otwarte i w środku było +1C. Same okna były nieszczelne stąd pomimo nawet nagrzania tego pomieszczenia było by wciąż zimno. Po zmianie pokoju na większy ze szczelnymi oknami, było ciepło. Pokój był duży, ale bardzo niewygodny: wielka donica z ziemią i uschniętym drzewem stała tuż przy samym łóżku; brak wieszaków do powieszenia ręcznika po kąpieli. Zimno w toalecie i pod prysznicem. Białe fotele w pokojach ubrudzone w plamach, zniechęca nawet do dotykania. Brudny dywan tuż przy łóżku, wyglądał jak dywan na zewnątrz, nawet nie poplamiony, tylko brudny od brudu i chodzenia po nim w brudnych butach. Ogólne wrażenie że hotel jest grubo po sezonie i powinien się zamknąć na sprzątanie generalne i renowację, a nie przyjmować gości, gdyż jest totalnie na to nie przygotowany.
We had an amazing 4-night stay at WangYun Boutique Homestay and couldn’t have chosen a better place to base ourselves while exploring Zhangjiajie.
What truly sets this homestay apart is the concierge-style service. Our housekeeper Lily went above and beyond to take care of everything. she helped us book all park tickets, explained the best routes for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and even checked in with us mid-day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We didn’t have to worry about ticketing or logistics at all, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
The location is perfect. It’s about 1 km from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which we easily walked to on park days. For Grand Canyon, Tianmen Mountain, Baofeng Lake and other spots, getting a Didi was quick and convenient. We managed to visit all major attractions while staying here.
The homestay itself is charming, cozy, and genuinely feels like a home. Every evening after long days of hiking, we loved coming back to the warm common area, sitting by the heater, and being welcomed with hot tea and fresh fruits… such a thoughtful touch.
On our last day, when the weather turned cold and rainy, the care we received really stood out. Lily gave us umbrellas and heating patches, which was incredibly kind and much appreciated.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-heated, which is especially important in winter. We slept well every night and always felt warm and looked after.
Being a vegetarian, i was worried about the food but they made vegetarian noodles for breakfast every morning and we also had pizza in their restaurant one night for dinner.
Overall, WangYun Boutique Homestay made our Zhangjiajie trip extra special. If you’re looking for a beautiful boutique stay with excellent service, a great location, and a true home-away-from-home feeling, I would 100% recommend staying here

Auf Anfrage wurden wir vom Bahnhof abgeholt und direkt ins Hotel gefahren. Vor Ort wurden wir freundlichst mit einem Tee empfangen. Nachdem wir unser geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer bezogen hatten, gab es ein Briefing fűr die nächsten Tage im Zhangjaijie Nationalpark. Alle Tickets wurden von den Gastgebern besorgt. Zwischendurch gab es Obst und Tee aufs Zimmer. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Besser geht es nicht.
