Pros:

Posizione proprio davanti allo Charming Xianxi Theatre, perfetta per andare ovunque. L’hotel pulito, confortevole con stanze ampie e luminose. Il fiore all’occhiello è lo staff, persone disponibili e cordiali, Lili ci ha accompagnato in tutto ed è stata davvero preziosa! Consigliato vivamente ❤️

L'ospitalità migliore mai trovata in Cina – Coco è straordinaria!
Soggiornare in questa struttura è stata un'esperienza fantastica, soprattutto grazie a Coco, la proprietaria: è in assoluto la persona più gentile, disponibile e premurosa che abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro viaggio in Cina.
L'attenzione nei nostri confronti è iniziata ben prima del nostro arrivo. Tramite WeChat si è resa super disponibile per prenotarci tutti i biglietti dei treni e le entrate per tutte le attrazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci ha fornito consigli preziosissimi sugli itinerari migliori, più veloci e funzionali da seguire all'interno dei parchi, con indicazioni dettagliate sia per il National Forest Park che per la Tianmen Mountain.
Durante il soggiorno ci ha viziati continuamente:
Attenzione alle intolleranze: È stata attentissima alle mie esigenze alimentari (senza glutine e senza lattosio) per la colazione.
Cura costante: Ci ha offerto frutta, cibo, acqua senza limiti e ci ha servito delizioso tè direttamente in camera ogni volta che ne avevamo bisogno.
Relax su misura: Ci ha prenotato un massaggio fantastico direttamente in camera per me e il mio compagno; le due massaggiatrici erano bravissime e il prezzo è stato estremamente onesto (circa 15€ a persona).
Guida locale: Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per muoverci a Zhangjiajie, raccomandandoci anche ottimi ristoranti tipici.
Al momento del check-out ci ha persino fatto un regalo bellissimo: due scatole di tè di loro produzione!
Se andate a Zhangjiajie, dovete assolutamente soggiornare qui. Coco renderà il vostro viaggio indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo di cuore!

Espetacular, atendimento e suporte incrível!
Pros:

Bem localizado, organizado, limpo, bom café da manhã, equipe muito gentil e profissional e prepararam pratinhos de frutas de boas vindas e chá para nossa chegada e sempre que voltávamos dos passeios, também fomos muito bem tratados pela equipe da cozinha que prepara o cafe da manha, mas o mais impressionante de tudo foi o apoio que nos deram durante a estadia para organizar os passeios, a Vivi nos guiou através dos mapas das trilhas e parques e tornou nossos dias em Zhangjiajie muito mais prazerosos e felizes. Recomendo muito esse hotel, a melhor opção na região!

Cons:

Achei a cerveja no bar do hotel bem cara, 40 yuans cada.

Camera molto moderna e confortevole. Vista magnifica da una delle due parti. Struttura vicinissima all’ingresso est del parco. La proprietaria super gentile, accogliente e disponibile nelle indicazioni. Molto apprezzato il regalo di benvenuto. Colazione molto gustosa.

Great stay in Zhangjiajie
Pros:

Very nice and tidy, well equipped and close to the entrance of the Park. Very helpful staff and they made our stay more than perfect. We really enjoyed the time in Zhangjiajie. We will be happy to return.

Pros:

Se encargaron de comprar nuestras entradas y organizar nuestra estancia. Nos regalaron fruta durante nuestra estancia. La amabilidad del personal fue excepcional y habitación bonita. Transporte gratuito hasta y hacia la estación de tren.

Cons:

Cama muy incómoda, se notaban los muelles. Faltaría mejorar la limpieza.

A very pleasant stay

Very helpful staff. Fei Fei spent a lot of time organising activities that suited us, plus a great guide called Morning. Excellent location just minutes from the National Forest, so our room had lovely mountain views. Bar with live music each evening.

Amazing people, great service, beautiful place, authentic and modern experience.
Pros:

I have travelled to many places in China and experienced many different levels of services - but me and my friends' stay at Wang Yunju takes the crown. What an amazing stay! The authenticity and investment of the people working there beats any service at typically bland 4-5 star hotels. From the moment we booked to the day we left; the service was impeccable and ever-present. Over the course of 3 nights and 3 days of activities, we enjoyed a beautiful, safe and hospitable environment. The whole place lies elevated above street level on the 1st floor and have a cozy and modern bar area with live music out front (half outside, half inside), and a reception area with tea serving table inside. The interior decorations are well though-out - modern yet with a traditional blend. Before we arrived, we discussed and adapted a daily plan of our stay with Vivi - all with directions and places to see + the necessary transport and attractions booked beforehand. On the day we arrived, we were welcomed by Vivi outside, who introduced us to the place, and served refreshments during our stay. Another example was one late night when we were looking for a footwash after a long of walking, and they all rushed to helped us find a place and get us through the rain - they even supporting in drying our clothes (as Zhangjiajie can be quite rainy sometimes). I could share many more stories...

Cons:

Nothing significant. But so much potential in the breakfast section with the outdoor seating and the views from there - that needs to be the next upgrade at the hotel ;)
