Pros:

Gentilezza e organizzazione dello staff. Prezioso aiuto per pianificare le giornate e prenotare i biglietti. Vicinissimo a ingresso del parco, ogni sera siamo stati accolti da tè e frutta fresca.

We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. Vivi was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Thanks to her, our 3 days stay was perfectly organized and optimized, and her valuable advice allowed us to enjoy the park in the best possible conditions.

The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from the park entrance, which made everything very convenient. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and the rooms are beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable.

A big thank you to Vivi for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding support. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Die Unterkunft war zunächst etwas schwer zu finden, da die Beschilderung ausschließlich auf Chinesisch ist. Um zum Eingang zu gelangen, muss man um das große Gebäude mit mehreren Restaurants herumgehen, das sich gegenüber des Tourist Visitor Centers befindet. Auf der Seite des kleinen Flusses findet man schließlich den Eingang, der über eine Treppe erreichbar ist. Wenn man nach den chinesischen Schriftzeichen Ausschau hält, findet man die Unterkunft jedoch problemlos.

Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützten uns intensiv bei der Planung unserer Ausflüge in den Nationalpark, standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und überraschten uns regelmäßig mit Tee oder frischem Obst. Diese Aufmerksamkeit haben wir sehr geschätzt..

Besonders angenehm fanden wir die kleine Bar direkt neben der Unterkunft, in der am Wochenende Livemusik gespielt wird. Dort konnten wir den Abend bei einem Bier ausklingen lassen. Auch der Dachgarten ist ein nettes Detail und trägt zur angenehmen Atmosphäre bei.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft trotz kleiner Schwächen weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sauber und insgesamt in gutem Zustand. Allerdings hatten wir zu Beginn die Wahl zwischen mehreren Zimmern, von denen eines leichte Schimmelspuren aufwies und ein anderes deutlich nach Rauch roch. Hier sollte die Unterkunft darauf achten, die Zimmer konsequent instand zu halten, um den insgesamt guten Standard langfristig zu bewahren.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center, everything is walking distance from here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! Our room was very nice, we also received complimentary snacks in the afternoon. I definitely recommend this hotel!

El mejor hotel de China!!!
Pros:

Todo!!! Hemos visitado 6 ciudades de China. Y sin la menor duda este hotel ha sido la mejor experiencia de nuestro viaje. Atención súper esmerada, cuartos muy limpios y cómodos, la ubicación del hotel es excelente. El personal fue increíblemente bueno!!! Nos atendieron en todo momento de la mejor manera. Nos guiaron a todas las reservas de tour y nos hicieron un itinerario magnífico. La chica Lili muy esmerada y atenta en su trabajo fue quien nos organizó todas las visitas en zianghjiajie y fue maravilloso. Volveré siempre!!!

Сотрудницы очень приветливые и вежливые, помогали на каждом шагу. Отдельное спасибо Feifei, она помогла во всём: забронировала нам все билеты, составила нам лучшие маршруты по дням, всё расписала, она очень милая девушка, с ней было общаться одно удовольствие 🥰. Fantastisch!
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel! Het is een mooi verblijf met goede faciliteiten. Het meest fantastische vonden wij toch wel de behulpzaamheid van Feifei! Ze heeft vantevoren al contact met ons gezocht en gezorgd dat wij elke dag een planning hadden, waarbij ze de tickets en alles al had geregeld! Daarnaast kwamen ze ons ophalen vanaf het vliegveld en ook bij de vertrekdag hebben ze ons met de auto weggebracht. Super vriendelijke mensen en mede door hun is ons bezoek aan Zhangjiajie een succes geweest. Wij raden iedereen aan om hier te verblijven als je deze regio bezoekt!

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen, de medewerkers zijn attent en staan altijd voor je klaar. 's Avonds kregen we thee en fruit. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon, met goede bedden, kussens en beddengoed. We hebben via het guesthouse entree tickets geboekt, van Lily kregen we uitgebreid advies over de route en een kaart mee voor onderweg. Zonder te vragen werd zelfs aangeboden om onze bagage naar het volgende hotel in Zhangjiajie te brengen, terwijl wij naar Tianmen mountain waren. Het personeel begrijpt goed wat een verblijf extra speciaal maakt, wij nemen mooie herinneringen mee naar huis.

Замечательный отель в прекрасном месте!
Отель расположен в центре деревушки, рядом с речкой, ресторанами, недалеко от восточного входа в парк. Вечером включается подсветка вокруг, очень красиво и аутентично. Сам отель очень уютный, номер с встроенной автоматической системой на шторы, свет. Все современно и удобно. Персонал выше всяких похвал! Нас встретили, помогали с вызовом такси, помогли с покупкой билетов в два парка, расписали на карте маршрут в соответствии с нашими предпочтениями. Мы шли по инструкции и это было очень удобно, мы сэкономили массу времени на этом! Нас окружили заботой с первой минуты. Огромная бланодароность за помощь! Завтраки вкусные, есть даже горячий суп). В отеле живёт очень добрый доберман и полосатый кот. В общем, нам там было очень хорошо и уютно, рекомендую от души!

Geweldige service
Pros:

Ik zou hier graag terugkeren. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Feifei, die mijn korte verblijf van tevoren perfect had gepland, zodat ik het meeste uit mijn reis kon halen. Heel erg bedankt! Ondanks mijn vroege aankomst kon ik mijn tas achterlaten en meteen aan de activiteiten beginnen. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien en het hotel ligt gunstig dicht bij uitstekende restaurants. Het personeel deed er alles aan om mij te helpen. Nogmaals bedankt voor de geweldige ervaring en hopelijk tot een volgende keer.

L'emplacement est top ! A 15min a pied de l'entrée du parc, a côté de la rue des restaurants.
Les chambres ainsi que le lieu sont agréables.
Nous avons aussi bénéficié d'aide de la part de Tassa, qui nous a organisé nos journées et pris nos places à l'avance. Un réel avantage afin de profiter pleinement du parc !

Highlight of my China trip
Pros:

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled all over Europe, Middle East, Asia and America. The hotel room was amazing, all of the technology was very up to date and the lighting I got was amazing. The bathtub and shower were super nice. The best part of this hotel was absolutely the staff, they were amazing. Vivi helped me plan and book my entire itinerary even though I arrived a bit after midnight. The other staff was also so kind and helped me booking taxis, was very kind with me and even had some tea with me. The chef was also super nice and let me eat, even though I missed breakfast.

Literally nothing.
