Pros:

The breakfast was a surprise as there was none served. So coffee, etc. Sweet rolls, were great.

Cons:

We were expecting to be picked up by a shuttle, there is no shuttle from the airport. Needed a taxi. Should not advertise a shuttle.

The proximity of the hotel to the airport was very good and has shuttle service

Pros:

Wir sind erst spät Abends um 23 Uhr in Tuxtla gelandet und wurden sofort und kostenlos abgeholt. Das Hotel war super sauber und wir waren happy für eine Nacht dort unterzukommen.

Cons:

Alles super - allerdings nur als Zwischenstopp vom Flughafen zu einem anderen Ort.

Pleasant stay near the airport for a night.
Pros:

Convenient location near the airport. Clean rooms with climate control. Shuttle from the airport was very nice to have.

Cons:

I don’t think breakfast was advertised but the continental breakfast was not great and luke warm coffee.

Pros:

It is a lovely and comfortable hotel. It's very clean and conveniently close to the Tuxtla airport. Staff were very responsive.

Cons:

The breakfast was so-so. We slept in and when we went to the breakfast all that was available to us was instant coffee and cereal. There was an empty bowl that had contained something but it was gone by 930am.

Un buen lugar para descansar.
Pros:

El concepto de cápsulas me gusto mucho, las instalaciones son muy lindas y acogedoras, y el personal muy amable, fueron por mi al aeropuerto y de regreso al día siguiente sin costo. Tienen una pequeña cocina para poder tomar un refrigerio. La comunicacion con el hotel antes de mi llegada fue muy efectiva.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto es muy buena, te recogen en 5 minutos. La habitación es bastante amplia y cuenta con la cantidad suficiente de shampoo, jabón en regadera.

Great location and beautiful gardens to hang around if need be

Pros:

Bed comfortable, close to airport

Cons:

Unfortunately the electricity failed about 17:30 until the early hours and the water went off in the night (no toilet flush, basin or shower). Staff were disinterested.
