Great for kids and perfect location, but do try to keep kids quiet and breakfast time
Pros:

This was supposed to be our jet lag hotel. In all honesty we will we could had spent the whole 3 weeks here. The staff are attentive, kind and really get involved. The view from the rooms and hotel lobby is something out of a film. The breakfast is the best we have had around the globe, and you could book this hotel just for the breakfast. Deep bath, great facility’s and such a walkable quiet area rigour opposite loads of indoor resultants and shops, perfect for kids. Any doubt, book this hotel.

Cons:

When you have a 3 year old it comes across as a hotel where you need to make sure you child is in the background at breakfast time. I think some louder background music would help but also a iPad does seem to solve a slightly noisy child vs what is expected in Japan.

Pros:

ホテルの部屋でプロポーズをさせていただきました！予約の際に担当してくださった男性スタッフの粋な提案や心遣いを感じ、ここのホテルに決めました。改めて、ありがとうございました！

Cons:

少しだけ残念だったのは、
「プロポーズの話と打ち合わせ、共有されてるのかな？」と感じることがいくつかありました。
・チェックインで15分ほど時間がかかったこと。
・部屋にサプライズで花束を置いてもらう演習?のための外出時にカードキーを預ける際、すでに支払ったものをもう一度請求されたこと。
これによってかなり時間がかかり、彼女が何か打ち合わせしてるのでは?と薄々勘付いてしまったらしいです、、、笑
全てのスタッフの方に個人的なお願いを共有されるのは難しいと思いますし、結果的にはプロポーズも大成功したのでこのホテルに決めて良かったなとは思ってます！！
最初の担当の方があまりにも素敵でしたので、むしろ気になる点も書かせていただきました。
