Convenient and affordable, but the experience didn't match the appearance.
Pros:

The location is excellent with great access to transportation. It’s a very safe area and perfect for anyone wanting to sightsee around Yokohama. On top of that, the price is very affordable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Cons:

The actual experience didn't match the expectations set by the exterior and the views. It’s functional, but you don't get the kind of experience you might hope for from its appearance.
