Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful and willing to make ur stay go unforgettable

Cons:

Well since I do love sea I guess the only thing that disturbed me it's the distance from the sea rather than that people in the residence are super helpful and friendly

ga suka semuanya !!! staffnya yang ibu ibu gapernah belajar hospitality,masa saya gatau keadaan jalan mau masuk ke lokasi karna katanya habis di bangun dan baru bisa dilewati besok ketika saya checkout,disitu saya diomelin dan dikatain padahal saya tidak tahu dan minta maaf. lalu ketika saya tanya wifi untuk akses kerjaan dan ibu tsb tidak ada di tempat resepsionis sampe saya cari keliling hingga akhirnya membunyikan bel berharap ada staff yang keluar,ternyata memang keluar tapi saya dikata katain lagi bahkan sekedar password wifi sampe ibu ibu itu yang mengetik di hp saya.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Please avoid this place at all costs and don't be fooled by the nice reviews. The room is very dirty and smelly. There's mold on the walls and in the bathroom. Ants and cockroaches crawling. The sheets were dirty, and there were holes in them. The walls are paper thin. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1.

I unfortunately arrived after check out and the owner kindly agreed to wait for me but I ended up arriving at 3 am and he overslept. It was not his fault. He seems very nice

We just arrived, and nothing was ready. The staff didn't speak english, so it was complicated to communicate.
The room was really dirty, don't look under the bed. No paper toilet in the toilet, cold water.
There aren't windows, just a hole with a curtain, so when staff talk close to your "windows" at 1am, you hear everything...

Pros:

I stayed for three consecutive days at a price that was incomparable with the rest of the hotels in the area, and I found during my stay the good staff, the cleanliness of the place, the general calm, and the strength of the Wi-Fi. All services are available around the place, especially Matram Mall.

It is suggested to provide hot water for some rooms by adding a small amount to it
