Strange
Pros:

They had made the effort to transform a massive Modernist house into a hotel.

Cons:

It did not have the feel or the layout of a hotel. My room had no outside window, just a window onto a corridor with a semi-transparent curtain.

As meninas da recepção são incríveis! A Localização é boa! Tem um restaurante atrás dele chamado Erase Una Vez que é perfeito!

Bom, vale a pena a estadia.
Pros:

Quarto estava bem limpo e organizado.
Telão muito bom pra assistir.
Recomendo.
Café da manhã ótimo, bem variado.
Única coisa que a hospedagem cobra o valor da estadia em dólar paralelo e não oficial do país, o que achei bem estranho, porque a maioria cobra pelo valor oficial do dólar, ou seja, sempre verifique antes a cotação paralela pra ter idéia de quanto tempo cobrarão no check-in.
Mas tirando isso é bomm!

Cons:

Wifi não estava muito bom, então ficou difícil ver um filme.

Das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Dieses Hotel konnte mich leider nicht überzeugen. Das Fernseher ist eine Art "Projektor" und die Ladezeit von Netflix oder Youtube sind erschreckend lang, ich dachte schon das funktioniert gar nicht. Die Dusche war auch seltsam, man musste verschiedenes aktivieren, um warmes Wasser zu bekommen. Ausserdem hat das Hotel mir mehr an BOB verrechnet, als in der Buchung angegeben, was ich als sehr frech und empörend empfand. Ich habe aber von Booking.com selbst eine Entschädigung bekommen. Ansonsten hätte ich fast das doppelte bezahlt

El hotel un lujo la atención pesima

El lugar es muy bonito cómodo su desayuno delicioso

Cons:

Su servicio se aplaza . Para comenzar te quieren cobrar mucho más de lo que se acordó en la reserva de Booking y te dicen que es por el dólar paralelo. No hicieron limpieza de la habitación.
La piscina estaba sucia así que no se podía usar .
