施設にマイナスがあってもスタッフの接する態度で印象は変わるので良かった

Cons:

男性浴場に使い終わったタオルが洗面台に多数置かれていた

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. And I enjoyed every small piece of their promotional papers talking about local specialized dishes and recommended happy hour recipes. I love the wide range of choices over pillow! I feel like my sleep quality has been much improved during the stay.

Pros:

Good location. Evening staff are very helpful and pleasant. I always stayed at Super Hotel Lohas Tokyo station and it was always very pleasant stay. This is the first time I tried to stay at this facility nearby hakata station.

Cons:

Some staff just not helpful at all. Even if she dosn't speak English, she could still be nice and at least we could try to communicate through Google translate. But disappointedly, she was staring at me like she is an AI and I didn't input the right insteuction.

My bathroom smelled like an untried towel hanging there for a month. I had to keep spraying the fresher when I used it. The ceiling right above my bed had a water leaking sign that they don't care to patch it up. Generally, a bad stay - maybe just too many coincidences for me to handle.

Pros:

Always a good value, great room with a great breakfast. Close enough to Hakata station.

Cons:

Noisy guests in hallways on weekends unfortunately.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay at it again.
Pros:

The Onsen was very clean and great to relax after a day out. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the breakfast.
