Очень понравилось расположение отеля и вид из номера люкс с панорамным видом на океан 180 градусов!
Pros:

Понравилось расположение отеля, открывающиеся виды и приятный персонал. Русскоговорящие сотрудники были рады помочь по различным вопросам:
- Никита, на стойке регистрации вызвал такси из отеля в аэропорт и рассказал как сделать отдых более комфортным
- Мария в медицинском центре на 5-м этаже также помогала много раз. Она рассказала про особенности различных массажей и даже подсказала где лучше провести праздник 8 марта и как найти ресторан на карте.
- Дима и Татьяна помогали с организацией экскурсий и решали возникающие трудности.
В итоге мы с детьми отлично провели время и снова хотим вернуться!

Гостили с супругой с 5 по 28 февраля .Отель расположен рядом с оживленной улицей с одной стороны и парком с другой . Мы
Pros:

Регулярная , качественная уборка, чистое качественное белье. Высокая компетентность персонала на ресепшен , особенно Никита . Наличие центра Китайской медецины .

Cons:

Ночная смена менеджеров ресепшен . Грубые и не компетентные . Санузел без звукоизоляции и слабой вытяжной вентиляцией .

Pros:

Отель расположен в ста метрах от моря, пляж общий, лежаков и зонтиков нет, но это не портит впечатления, на пляже имеются спасатели так же предлагают на прокат детские круги для плавания. Номера в отеле комфортные с балконом. В номере производится ежедневная уборка со сменой полотенец, обслуживающий персонал доброжелательный, на рецепшен имеются автономные переводчики, что облегчает общение, так же в дневной период в холле отеля работают русскоговорящие представители туристической сети, отвечают на вопросы ,помогают решить проблемы предлагают экскурсии. Все очень понравилось.

Решить вопрос с телевизором и увеличить количество зонтиков у басейна

Cons:

Нет возможности оформить ранний заезд. В телевизоре только китайский интерфейс и китайские каналы. Маленькое количество лежаков под зонтиками у басейна для такого большого отеля

Отличный отель, если бы не пакетные туристы:)
Pros:

Бронировали отель на booking.com. Очень удобное расположение, море в 5 минутах. Хорошие завтраки. Уборка была каждый день. У нас был номер с видом 270 градусов, отдельный кайф. Выражаем огромную благодарность русскоговорящему сотруднику Никите, которые помогал нам с различными вопросами и интересовался нашим проживанием, а в день выезда продлил нам номер до 14.00, мы смогли выспаться и спокойно собраться перед выездом!!! Никита, спасибо большое!!!

Cons:

В отеле в основном пакетные туристы из России, которые скорее всего урвали горящие туры. Многие ведут себя странно, ходят по отелю в купальниках, орут, выносят еду с завтрака набивая сумки :( это портит впечатление.

Отличный отель со всех точек зрения: сервис, завтраки, расположение, комната. Отдельно хотел бы отметить Никиту - русскоговорящего сотрудника на ресепшене, который помог нам в нескольких ситуациях, отвечая на звонки даже в нерабочее время.
