Pros:

The hotel is just by the road making it easily accessible. Only a 7mins stroll to Taksim square. The Front desk very helpful

I only liked the position of this hotel

What I liked most is the location of the property

Cons:

I didn't like:

- The bathroom was terrible. (The water pipe of the toilet seat is clogged and hardly supplies water.
- The water basin faucet supplies hot water only.
- The room lighting is very weak ( the room is almost dark).
- The telephone is not operating during my whole stay. ( It rang only once to remind me about my check-out)
- The hotel has only one iron to serve the whole hotel. ( I borrowed it, but had no enough time to iron my shirts ).
- The room is not supplied with drawers or power sockets beside the bed.

The location is perfect, but the hotel facilities and services are way far to keep the client happy.

I was a bad experience for me; thus, I will never book this hotel again in my upcoming travels to Istanbul, and will not recommend this hotel to those who seek comfort and cleanliness.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.

It was almost impossible to sleep at night because the windows have very poor sound insulation. There are nightclubs nearby, and the extremely loud music and noise continue until early in the morning.

The cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a strong and unpleasant sewage smell coming from the drainage. The bathroom itself also seemed poorly maintained and not properly organized.

The chairs in the room had visible stains and dirt, which made the room feel unhygienic.

The breakfast was also disappointing and definitely not at the standard we expected from a hotel.

Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in soundproofing, cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and breakfast quality. Considering these issues, the stay did not meet our expectations.

Hotel cómodo bien ubicado
Pros:

Para nosotros la ubicación fue excelente. Está a unos 5 minutos caminando del centro de congresos. A 10 minutos de la plaza Taxim donde se puede tomar el metro y el funicular. Hay mucho comercio en los alrededores y sitios para comer. En conexión con el loby del hotel hay una tienda de dulces que son muy ricos.
El hotel es limpio , las habitaciones cómodas. Se dispone de un bufet de desayuno con comida turca. Es general es bueno

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó tenía un aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y la ventana la abrían y tenía dificultades para cerrarla.
Tuvimos una TV que no pudimos hacerla funcionar, pero para nosotros no fue un problema.
Habían varias luces en la habitación que estaban quemadas.
