性價比高，早四個月以上訂價錢甜
Pros:

海景👍🏻 有地熱👍🏻

Cons:

廁所可惜是分開的，
地熱的控制器操作不太明確，
有洗衣機，平地式曬衣架需要去跟櫃檯要，
同時可以再另外再多要幾個衣架，
不然房間沒辦法曬衣服。

Great view, great stay and great staffs
Pros:

Location was really good. Olive young and other shops were quite close within 10min walk distance. Train station to Gwananli and Heawoondae is close too. Room was quite big and tidy and also Ocean view was amazing.
Staffs were very friendly when we asked for any assistance.
They provided new towels and 2 bottles of water every morning.

Pros:

交通便利離地鐵站很近 飯店樓下也很多吃的超商咖啡廳OY也有 走幾分鐘就是現代百貨 房間寬敞舒適 看出去的風景也很漂亮

Cons:

馬桶廁所可能因為樓層高 沖水量少 住宿五天 馬桶塞了兩天 一直打下去服務台請他們處理 一樓服務台服務普通 沒有特別親切

下次來釜山會想直接來住一整週

我愛爆這間房！請務必入住海景套房！
日景與夜景都太讚了，雖然沒住到評論上寫的頂樓，但這是26樓望出去的風景～超讚！每天都捨不得離開房間啊啊啊～
地點也很好，旁邊是公車站，樓下是711，捷運站、樂天與新世界百貨公司都在5分鐘內。
房間很乾淨，每天提供兩瓶水、全新毛巾， 一個人喝超夠的啦～

Cons:

雖然鏡子有點多，睡覺時毛毛的，但沒有異象。以下幾點拙見：
1.沒有衣架，如何曬衣？
2.沒有餐具，不知爐子要用來？
3.沒有洗衣精。
4.健身房拜託請升級，設備太簡陋。
5.推薦餐廳列表完全無法用，輸入英文在naver map和google map根本找不到，真是白費你們苦心設計了。啊但我不會打韓文怎麼查？建議放地圖連結Qrcode。

比起之前的住宿這個空間大，價格實惠，對自由行的旅客來說是個不錯的選擇之一。

Pros:

방 청결도, 크기, 가격, 위치, 모두 만족스러웠습니다.
시설도 깔끔하게 되어있고, 엘레베이터도 3개라 오가기도 편합니다.
프론트도 사람도 친절하고 상주하고 계시구요.
주변에 역이 있어 걸어 이동하기도 편하기와 음식점도 많아 아침해결하기도 좋습니다.
3박할 동안 정리와 수건 보충도 잘 되었습니다.

Cons:

방에 무슨 짐 두는 곳 같은게 있는데 거기가 좀 더러웠습니다.
화장실 환풍기 소리가 좀 크더라구요
방 난방이 조금 애매하게 작동하는거 같더라구요 온도가 잘 안 올라가는 느낌 따뜻하긴 합니다.

風景真的很讚，日出日落及夜景都讓人驚豔，床也很好躺，離廣安和海雲台沙灘都很近，下次仍會考慮住宿。
Pros:

地點鄰近地鐵站，走路只須5～8分鐘，附近也有百貨、餐廳及便利商店，窗外風景能一覽無遺海景及城市美景

Not bad, but it could be definitely better with a bit of extra effort.
Pros:

It is just an okay establishment for a traveler. I would not say it matches the needs of a business traveler who has to perform work during the stay.
Very convenient location for my intended meetings and visits. The view to the seaside is spectacular.
Ample fridge place and a kitchenette were very useful.

Cons:

The business model is quite strange: there is limited presence at the reception and there is limited cleaning service; it was one time per 3 days of stay - I am okay with that, but I am not sure how locals would perceive it, knowing their culture.
The receptionist communications skills were mediocre.
The wardrobe space was very limited.
There is no office table in the room, just one round dining table in the balcony and good luck finding a socket nearby - there was none.
The shower and the toilet space were very small. It is so small that I hit my head twice in the door handle while in toilet. Eventually, I learned to avoid it.
There is no ironing board with a pressing iron in the room or in the hotel - at request, they hand you over a steamer - good luck on pressing your pants with a steamer.
The finishing in the alleyways and the murals in the elevator lobby were poorly executed.
