レジデンス風ホテル
Pros:

新しいのでキレイ。トイレは洗浄器つきでペーパーは流せる。冷蔵庫が大きく冷凍室もある。周囲に飲食店やコンビニが多い。ドラム式洗濯機がある。（乾燥機能、洗剤はなし）ワンルームマンション風で、キッチンに電磁調理台っぽいものがビルトインされているが食器や調理器具、電子レンジなどはない。給湯器や洗濯機のスイッチを入れる方法の説明書は英語。アメニティの自販機、ワオパスの機械がロビーにあった。日本人の宿泊は少なそう。フロントに日本語できる人がいた。清掃とタオル交換は隔日。3泊以上だとチェックインの際、希望日を聞かれます。清掃ない日は、水の補充はドアに掛けてあった。

Cons:

エアコンのリモコンはハングルでわかりにくい。洗面所がオープンスペースで脱衣所がなく部屋から丸見え。

Pros:

很大很舒適，設備很新，而且跟大家說的一樣床超級好睡(我爸甚至在考慮要買一樣的床)
地點也算很好，離地鐵大概6-7分鐘。
如果想要逛新世界是一個很好的住宿地點。

Cons:

對於廁所整個是透明玻璃我感到很不能理解。
希望可以加裝個簾子或是門，不然對一起住的朋友會有點小尷尬。

Belle vue mais...
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, tout près du métro, et de nombreux commerces autour. Belle vue sur la baie de Busan.

Cons:

Peu de rangements, pas de placard pour les affaires, une cuisine sans aucune vaisselle ni ustensiles donc inutilisable. Un lave linge mais rien pour étendre. Et le personnel de l'entrée qui ne lève absolument pas la tête pour saluer les entrées et sorties.

배관 악취, 청소 상태, 리셉션 응대 아쉬움
Pros:

냉장고가 크고 싱크대와 인덕션, 꼬마 드럼 세탁기가 있어요. 벡스코까지 도보 5분으로 접근성 나쁘지 않고, 주변에 식당 카페 방문이 편합니다.

Cons:

시설: 화장실의 배수관 하수구 냄새가 지독했어요. 환풍기를 돌려도 밤새 머리가 지끈거릴 정도의 냄새입니다. 새건물이라 빌트인 가구 자재에서 뿜어져나오는 새집냄새까지 더해져서 속이 울렁거립니다. 혹시 아토피나 비염이 있는 어른, 아이라면 더 힘들 것 같아요.

청소: 욕실 벽면 아래쪽에 물때가 닦이지 않고 누렇게 붙어있어요. 건물은 신축이지만 이런 청소 상태로는 오래 유지되기 어려울 것 같아요.

리셉션 프론트: 체크인시에 다른 편이사항에 대한 안내는 전혀 없고 시설이나 물품 파손시 배상해야한다는 내용만 얘기했고, 체크아웃 때도 불편사항이 없었는지도 묻지 않더군요. 다른 외국인 내국인 모두에게 똑같이 응대하는 것을 보니 직원 교육 매뉴얼의 문제인 것 같습니다.
