Seamless and thoughtful service in a comfortable and spacious spot right in the center of it all
Pros:

You might stumble upon a perfect combination between impeccable service, comfortable room and delicious food a couple of times in life: this will be one of them. The service was welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout, and truly made us feel at home - Gabriel, Luciano, Inês are among the many lovely folks who made our stay unforgettable. Combine that with a breakfast that is at the same varied but constrained enough that you can choose a series of dishes without feeling stuffed, and you got a winner. But top it all off with a room that is spacious, quiet, comfortable and well stocked with everything you can think of needing, and you have a hotel you’ll want to come back, time and time again. We also made use of the spa facilities, with a lovely steam room, jacuzzi and pool, which were super lovely. Unforgettable holidays.

Beautiful and welcoming hotel
Pros:

Staff were very friendly in this lovely Porto hotel. Spa was amazing. Many thanks to Fatina and Elaine (our masseuses) who were excellent and completely made us relaxed after a long journey on the arrival day.

Cons:

Restaurant can be improved. Christmas lunch was disappointing.

Possibly the best hotel in Portugal.
Pros:

Honestly, one of the best hotel stays I've experienced. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect - nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late at night due to a delayed plane and they kept the restaurant open just so we could have some dinner. The breakfast was delicious (and a welcome change from the usual buffet style). Comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. We will be back, 100%.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we disliked.

Amazing stay. Hotel was gorgeous. Staff so friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the staff were happy to make small breakfasts for my baby. The staff were so attentive. Room size was excellent and very clean. The pool area was nice and relaxing and never too full. Location was great, 20 min walk down a hill to the main port but there are plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel so you don’t need to go there all the time. We had an amazing stay and little girl loved the staff x

Ein tolles Boutiquehotel, dass die regnerischen Tage in Porto sehr aufgewertet hat.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, gleich gab’s ein Begrüssungsgetränk. Alle Möglichkeiten im Hotel mit Spa und begrünten Hof wurden uns gezeigt. Wir wurden auf verschiedene Sightseeingsmöglichkeiten in Porto hingewiesen, auch auf typische Lokale, sie waren bei Reservierungen behilflich.
Selten ein so umsichtiges Personal erlebt! Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter. 👍👏👏👏👍
