Lovely stay, good attention to detail, exceptional staff, amazing smell of soap.
Pros:

Lovely little hotel, great for a city break. Location was good and the smell of soup everywhere was lush. Two members of staff went above and beyond felt genuine and helpful. Thank you to Tiago and Alfredo.

Cons:

The breakfast could have a bit more options, just as a suggestion you could have fresh juices and brown sugar.

Une parenthèse enchantée dans un petit hôtel caché en cœur de ville
Pros:

L’accueil est chaleureux avec un personnel souriant, toujours bienveillant (mention spéciale pour Tiago). L’hôtel d’une trentaine de chambre dans une ancienne savonnerie est très soigné. J’y ai séjourné avec ma fille, nous avons été surclassées, la chambre était spacieuse et magnifique. Le petit déjeuner, servi à la carte, est excellent avec des produits frais de qualité. Le restaurant est raffiné. L’hôtel est central et à deux pas du métro, sur la ligne qui conduit à l’aéroport.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Am meisten hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter des Hotels beeindruckt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder einmal in dieses Hotel.

Ein Ort zum Verweilen und Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels für einen Städtetrip ideal. Von Außen ist gar nicht ersichtlich, was für ein Juwel sich dahinter verbirgt. So einen persönlichen und herzlichen Empfang haben wir noch nie erlebt. Ein Innengarten mit Whirlpool und Pool laden zum Entspannen nach einem anstrengenden Besichtigungstag ein. Besonders können wir das Wellnessangebot Massage etc. empfehlen.
