Very clean, and a nice place to stay! The view from our room was extremely beautiful. For the price, great stay!

Hostal with nice view but bad beds and a noisy waterpump
Pros:

Facilities with a rooftop to take breakfast and see the volcanos around the city.
Small corner to make coffee or tea.
We were allowed to check in earlier after our hike at the volcano.
Online payment possible.

Cons:

Mattress completely worn out (feel the springs), we tried to change rooms but the beds were the same.
A water pump is making horrible noise when someone is using water.
The room would need some renovation (state of the walls or of the door).
Difficult somehow because there is no staff at the accommodation.
The accommodation is quite faraway from the city.

JE PENSE QU'IL Y A MIEUX AILLEURS!
Pros:

Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville. Commerces a proximité. Chambre propre. Espaces communs corrects.

Cons:

Pas de réception, ce qui rend compliqué le dépôt en bagagerie (check-in à 15H / check-out a 10H : tu es quasiment obligé de laisser tes affaires en bagagerie) car tu laisses tes effets personnels dans le hall, avec ouverture sur la rue a tout moment.

Pas de poubelle dans la chambre. Une seule dans la cuisine, en bas. Un peu moyen pour jeter mes mouchoirs...

Agent d'entretien très aigri. Pas agréable avec les clients. Tu ne te sens pas bien accueillis...
