Little expensive for the money can be made better.
Pros:

Room was spacious and Clean. Its very Near to the beach so we can take a walk to the beach. AC was working well. Window curtains was present. Hot water and cold water was available 24/7 .

Cons:

1. Lift was not working we had to walk 2 floors.
2. Car Parking is not available. Open road parking in small road.
3. Street was congested Follwing th google maps for location is very difficult.
4. None of the Windows can be opened.
5. Ac was working but you cannot control it Default 25.
6. TV was working but Remote will not work .
7. Too much noise from the AC.
8. You cannot check in without paying the amount.
9. You have to Pay during check in not at check out.

Stay was very privacy and secured
Pros:

We are a couple from chennai travelling here for the weekend. The room is very spacious and they have a kitchen and the living space with an additional washroom. Snacks and toiletries were additional amenities provided.
I would like to thank Mr. Shiva for arranging food and conveying local attractions. 250 meters away from the beach, 1 km away from mayajal and 4 km away from Boat house. Very reasonable value.

First visit to Chennai
Pros:

Like??
I loved it, it was completely unexpected for me because as this was my first time to be in South India, so while I was coming, I had lot of questions about safety, surroundings, peoples, and so on
But when I came and checked in, the staff was so good. They all were so helpful and best part was they knew hindi. The size of the room was quite big and cozy unexpectedly. And I can say this is the best thing which I loved the most.

Cons:

As of now, I can't say anything which I don't like about the resort, but one thing I can say, as being a pure vegetarian, it is quite hard to find good veg food in Chennai. :)
