Kami berharap Manajemen Hotel bisa menjadi lebih aktif dan memperbaiki kinerja mereka dari segi CSM

Ruangannya nyaman ya, luas dan besar sesuai ekspektasi, kasur dan bantal empuk dan wangi, meja dan kursi untuk kerja juga sangat baik dan nyaman. Internet juga cepat dan reliable

Unfortunately, ada 2 hal utama yang sangat membuat saya sangat kecewa. Saat mau Breakfast, saya kira staff hotel Breakfast, Kitchen, dan Waiters/Waitresses pasti tau ya, karena saya juga sudah serahkan vidio untuk bisa membantu Manajemen Menengah-Atas Hotel untuk review kembali kendala saat Sarapan Pagi hari ini, dan mencegah hal tersebut terjadi lagi. Staff lapangan sudah sangat baik dan sangat professional dalam menanganinya, hanya saja mungkin saya berekspektasi terlalu tinggi dari bagian Manajemen.

Kedua, saya stay di 7th F 755, dan unfortunately kulkasnya rusak, namun tidak ada informasi ataupun signs sama sekali yang memberi tahu bahwa Kulkas tersebut rusak. Sayangnya, ketika checkout, ternyata Kulkas malahan panas, sehingga barang-barang oleh-oleh untuk keluarga menjadi rusak. Menginap disini, namun cukup rugi karena hal tersebut, dikarenakan memang nilai oleh" yang rusak tidak mudah ditemui ataupun dibeli.

Harapan kedepannya semoga Manajemen (BUKAN Field Personnel/Staffs) bisa lebih aktif dalam menangani kendala-kendala dan at the very least address the issue, all we expected were sincere apologies from the Management (bukan staff lapangan, mereka sudah sangat professional dan apologise) dan apabila ada fasilitas yang tidak berfungsi, bisa diinformasikan atau diberikan signs sehingga tidak terjadi kepada tamu lain.

فندق اقل من نجمتين مستوى نظافة الغرف سيئ جداً و الموكيت حق الارضية غير نظيف و موقع الفندق الذي يتوسط سوق شعبي وقمة الازعاج طوال الوقت. وتم الغاء الحجز و التنازل عن قيمة الليلة الاولى للاسباب المذكورة اعلاه . ولا انصح به ابداً ابداً
