J'ai vu cet hôtel se dégrader au fil des années. Un minimum de rénovation devient très très urgente.
Pas d'eau chaude.
Prix encore trop cher par rapport au confort

Cons:

Saleté, vétuste, mauvaise odeur, pas de climatisation, cafards et autres bestioles dans la moquette. Porte des toilettes et de la douche sur le palier ne ferme pas. Obligé de laisser la porte entrouverte pour pouvoir respirer dans la chambre.

Pros:

L'accueil et la situation géographique.

Cons:

Hotel dégueulasse, la moquette pues de partout, 20ans d'expérience dans le domaine à Paris mais jamais vu une saleté pareil en plus la chaleur étais étouffante et même pas de ventilateurs!!
Néanmoins le personnel à l'accueil est agréable et sympathique.
