Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gut am Strand. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die (noch) nicht fertig gestellten Häuser, die dahinter liegen, stören nicht. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Beim Checkout gibt es eine kleine Packung georgischen Tee - nette Geste 😀

Cons:

Wir haben als Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht, zwar unterschiedliche Kategorie, aber dennoch hatten wir es angegeben und waren davon ausgegangen, dass sie nach beieinander liegen. Beim Check-in wollten sie uns das nur durch ein kostenpflichtiges Upgrade ermöglichen.
Der Bereich für das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu klein und in der Hauptzeit zwischen 9 und 10 sollte man nicht frühstücken. Allerdings ist das Personal auch hier sehr bemüht, um ständig nachzulegen, Geschirr abzuräumen etc.

A truly wonderful stay with excellent service and comfort
Pros:

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was spotless, with large, well-equipped rooms that had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the service top-notch. We truly appreciated the comfort and cleanliness, and would be happy to stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast was good and fresh, but adding more variety to the dishes would make it even better. Having a tent or shaded area for outdoor seating would be a great addition for guests who enjoy spending time outside, especially when raining.

Pros:

Очень красивый отель с прекрасным дизайном. Всё новое и качественное, всё хорошо продумано, есть всё необходимое. Прекрасное расположение на берегу моря, чистый пляж с прозрачной водой. В отеле очень хороший ресторан.

Галечный пляж с довольном крутым заходом в море - не очень удобно, особенно с детьми

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful - it made a big difference. Everything was clean, and it was a huge plus that I could stay with my dog. The beach is literally right outside the hotel, which was amazing. And the view from the balcony - just stunning!

Yes, there are a few unfinished buildings nearby, but the hotel’s territory itself is beautiful and very well looked after. I even saw one of the guys carefully watering the plants - it was really nice to see. Overall, great experience!

Cons:

One small thing - it would be great if the gap in front of the balcony railing could be covered. It feels unsafe, especially for kids or small dogs.

Pros:

Great hotel,right on the beach! one bedroom room was really nice, there is some gap at the balcony, I don't think it's major issue but need to watch kids.

Cons:

breakfast place has very limited seating inside, espesially when was raining, not enough seating, other then that veryh nice new hotel

Tolle Zimmer und Lage, Service sehr schlecht und einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig.
Pros:

Gut ausgestattet Zimmer, ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Tolles Essen im Hotelrestaurant.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht geschult und unfreundlich. Es waren hauptsächlich Studenten die wenig Ahnung von Gastronomie und der Kommunikation mit den Gästen hatten. An der Bar wollte ich einen Eiscafé bestellen, 5 Mitarbeiter standen hinter der Theke, jedoch wurde ich erstmal sehr lange ignoriert, musste mehrfach auf mich aufmerksam machen. Das Frühstück war inOrdnung, hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können.
