Miramare Magnetic Beach Hotel

Pas grand chose mais si on devait chercher la petite bête :
- Pas de salle fitness comme indiquée car en travaux mais de l’espace à l’extérieur pour se faire des séances sportives !
- Ils prévoient un agrandissement mais zéro travaux en août 👌
- Pas de matelas sur les transats sur la plage, donc pas très confort mais on s’y fait ;)

This was an absolute nightmare, but the last night was truly hell.

First of all, this hotel is nowhere near a 5star hotel honestly, I would not even consider it a 3-star hotel. There is no room service, no telephone in the rooms, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. At that point, these things were the least of my concerns compared to what we experienced. The swimming pool was also practically unusable because the water was freezing cold.

The hotel is advertised as pet-friendly, and this is particularly important because I want to explain how my small Jack Russell puppy was treated and, even more importantly, how my 80 yearold grandmother was treated.

The hotel has two dining areas: one outside and one inside. The outdoor area is not covered. On the day of our stay, there was a terrible storm, strong wind and rain, so naturally we decided to eat inside. I had my puppy with me.

Suddenly, a waiter came over and very rudely told us that we had to leave because dogs were not allowed inside. We explained that the hotel is advertised as pet-friendly and that it was literally storming outside, with strong winds and rain starting. We asked what we were supposed to do.

The response was essentially: “I don’t know what you are supposed to do, but you cannot stay here with the dog.”

At this point, we asked to speak to a manager.

The manager came over and the first thing she did was speak to us in Russian and ask whether we could communicate in Russian. As a Georgian, I found this deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially when I am being asked to communicate in the language of an occupying country in my own country. However, we put that aside and tried to resolve the actual problem.

The manager spoke to us in an extremely cold and demanding tone and told us to leave or she would call security.

Please keep in mind that my 80-year-old grandmother was sitting there with a prosthetic leg.

Jedyny minus to dość długi czas oczekiwania na zamówienia w restauracji i lekki chaos organizacyjny – tutaj zdecydowanie jest jeszcze przestrzeń do poprawy. Można to wybaczyć przy takiej ilości plusów.

Breakfast is chaotic during peak hours and temporarily no plates/cutlery/food available

5 yıldızlı bir otele göre imkanlar ve etkinlikler çok yetersiz. Havanın kötü olduğu bir döneme denk geldik, deniz ve havuz dışında yapılabilecek neredeyse hiç bir şey yok.
Ses yalıtımının yeterince iyi olmadığını düşünüyorum, komşu odalardaki çocukların zıplamasını biraz dinledik. Terastaki sakin bar 4 gecenin 2’sinde kapalıydı neden kapalı olduğunu bilmiyorum.

Далековато пешком до цивилизации (до магазинов и ресторанов)

Номер хороший, но не соответствует фотографиям на сайте (сгенерирован ИИ). Лобби как таковое отсутствует - есть во втором корпусе, но ночью поймать сотрудников проблема - хотел купить воды, в отеле негде (ночью и бар и ресторан закрыты), а на лобби пришлось искать сотрудников. Правда когда нашел, воду дали без проблем. Бар наверху нагоняет скуку - один грустный бармен, напитков мало, из еды только орешки и то не всегда. Расположение отеля на окраине помимо плюсов имеет и большой минус - до ближайшего магазина и кафе минут 5- 10 идти по обочине дороги (тротуара нет) или по пляжному песку. В отеле один ресторан. В баре не поесть. Между двумя работающими корпусами и дорогой строятся еще корпуса. Правда при нашем посещении они были похожи скорее на заброшенный долгострой - работы никакие не велись, поэтому неудобств это не доставляло.
