Disappointing. Given the state of the bungalows and service, I wouldn't recommend Creative Bungalows to anyone until
Cons:

Disappointing stay at Creative Bungalows on Gili T. We booked 3 bungalows, but only one had a working air conditioner. Although the manager arranged for the second bungalow's AC to be repaired, the third bungalow's AC remained non-functional, despite promises. We returned the keys for the third bungalow and informed the manager we'd only use two.

The manager repeatedly promised a refund and asked us not to write a review, but unfortunately, the issues went beyond just the AC. The renovation and construction noise from the nearby bungalow was unbearable, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition with cockroaches in both. The overall service was poor.

Given the state of the bungalows and service, I wouldn't recommend Creative Bungalows to anyone until they complete a thorough renovation and improve their management.

Pros:

Unfortunately nothing… actually I’m still waiting for a refund from booking…

Cons:

The place was inadequate and did not match the photos shown online. It was dirty, had an unpleasant odor, and felt unhygienic overall.

Upon arrival, I found a cockroach in the room, and the reception area was in a poor state, appearing damaged and neglected. Furthermore, no one asked for my information to complete a proper check-in.

Good value for money
Pros:

Good location, it was quiet despite it’s located near the clubs and the market. The bed linen was clean, there was A/C. The staff was nice.

Cons:

There was not any hot water but it’s ok

Pros:

Gili Paradise Found!
Who would have thought paradise existed? Well, it does, this place is an absolute gem. The location is spot on - close to everything but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. The rooms are clean, comfy, and just what you need after a day of island hopping.
But let’s talk about the real MVPs: the staff. They're like sunshine on a cloudy day! Especially VJ - this guy is a legend! He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From recommendations to reservations, he was our go-to island guru.
The hotel is definitely not luxorious but it is everything you need if you are travelling on a budget!
P.S. Don't forget to say hi to VJ for us!

The room & it’s location worked out pretty well for me
Pros:

The staff was on-point. They came through with every request I had ( and I had quite a few, believe me) to the best of their abilities.
The location, as per my requirement, couldn’t get better. Given how they’re located in the middle of all the action, the bungalows were surprisingly quiet and calm. And safe ! Large rooms are always welcome when staying for a longer period. They’ll clean if & when you’ll ask them to.
They gave in to my very last minute requests of extending my stay by a few nights everytime.

Cons:

The washrooms require some serious sprucing up. No geyser or access to hot water in the shower, especially for the price of the rooms.
Could do with more plug points.

Loved staying at creative bungalows, super friendly staff and great location!
Pros:

Amazing hotel! The price is unmatched and we were provided with a clean, spacious room, the beds were very comfortable and the room also had a terrace which was nice to chill and play guitar on. The manager, VJ was super friendly and we did a lot of singing and guitar together which was fun. He gave me his WhatsApp so I could message him whenever I needed anything and took good care of me and my group while we were there. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location was good. And the staff was friendly.

Cons:

We ask to change linen and the news ones were same.
