El rooftop, la atencion del personal y amabilidad. El desayuno.
Tem uma boa localização no final da av San Martin em frente ao Museu da Marinha. Tem uma locadora de skis e roupas a pouco metros de distancia, supermercado a 3 esquinas.
O apartamento com 2 andares a calefação sófunciona em um dos pavimentos. Não tem calefação na escada que é íngrime e sem corrimão. O banheiro não tem calefação e a ducha higiênica não tem aquecimento causando queimadura pelo frio. O café da manhã é horrível.
O barulho da rua atrapalha dormir
Instalações e roupas de cama novas. A localização também é muito boa. O melhor é o serviço de limpeza diária.

El personal super amable , a 5 min del puerto , centrico , sirven el desayuno en la habitación y tiene una terraza con vistas espectaculares al canal beagle. Recomendable 100%.

La lavandería
Kamer/ locatie en ontbijt. Het enige hotel tijdens rondreis dat bed normaal opmaakt. Kamer is hartstikke leuk en schoonmakers doen hun werk uitstekend. Je kan een simpele maaltijd maken in de keuken. Je hebt een aantal ontbijtkeuzes die ze volgende ochtend afleveren op je kamer. Wij kozen voor Healthy en dan krijg je brood/eieren/yoghurt/divers fruit en een reep. Wij waren daar erg blij mee.
Hotel denkt echt aan de gast; gratis koffie bij receptie en op dakterras, een klein welkomstgeschenk op de kamer. En een wasmachine op de 4e verdieping!

Honestly, it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was tremendous, the rooms were spacious and very well-equipped. I didn't want to leave.
