Pros:

1. Modern hotel/rooms
2. Nice terrace

Cons:

1. Noise from the street. Its on the main, sloped peripheral street, car/motorbikes in the night do top-revs to go up the hill
2. Some rooms get very hot, during hot weather, without ac - try a room looking at the back in summer
3. Annoyingly loud music in the halls (to creatr ambience) which can be heard in the room (forget noon naps)

Nice design, location and space, but comfort could be improved.
Pros:

Great location just on the edge of city center. Beautiful new design. Large room.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. King bed was made by pushing two twins together, so had indentations on each side and high in the middle. Room was quite warm and couldn’t cool as much as I would like, even when running the portable AC unit. Thermostat actual temperature is 3-4° C below reality.

Nice and clean hotel
Pros:

Very nice room, good view, friendly staff, clean, good location. Terrasse with excellent view over the city.

Cons:

The breakfast is only served in the room. It was okay but nothing special.

Apartment living in central Ushuaia
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to central Ushuaia's cafes, restaurants and tours.
Laundry was located close to our room, which was perfect for us after weeks of travel.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the steep stairs up to the bedroom (about 16 steps), but we managed to work things out by leaving our bags down in the living area.

Un acierto en Ushuaia
Pros:

Es un hotel muy acogedor, original en su disposición y con unas habitaciones muy bien diseñadas. La atención del personal es fantástica. El desayuno entregado en la propia habitación y a la hora que pides es un detalle muy acertado.

Pros:

L’espace assez grand de l’appartement au 6 étage et la vue sur le toit. Bon petit déjeuner apporté à la chambre.

Cons:

Malheureusement on ne pouvait pas contrôler la température et il faisait très chaud, on devait laisser la fenêtre ouverte ce qui amène beaucoup de bruit. L’appartement 602 est juste en dessous de la cuisine et à partir de 5h du matin on entend beaucoup de bruit.

The design is faulty
Pros:

The staff did their best but the hotel has its limits.

Cons:

Most of the rooms have a two floor design with narrow stairs to connect. It’s impractical and raises difficulties. The hotel provides two methods of controlling the weather and fails in both: the air condition is not controlled and might move between 17-26 on its own. The second methods is floor heating which might raise the temperature to 30 Celsius.

Modernes Apartment mit funktionalen Einschränkungen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war toll.

Cons:

Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das kleine Maisonetteapartment (38m2) wirkte gefühlt deutlich kleiner. Koffer mussten in der unteren Ebene bleiben.

very nice and good support
Pros:

The room was good. Two levels was also good. It was on ground floor, so not needed to carry my luggage to far. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The climate control device was not working properly. But this is only minor, as I could use the window to adjust the temperature a bit.
