Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, great location. The room is clean.

BREAKFAST:
- It wasn't what we expected at all! They bring groceries in a cooler bag, and they're very unhealthy, like fast food. We skipped breakfast on the second day.

The main problem we encountered...
Be prepared to be checked into a room different from the one you selected and paid for. I was very upset because I was only staying for two days. I paid for a deluxe room, but instead received a smaller, single-room room. First, they charged me at reception, and then told me my room was NOT AVAILABLE! After two days of arguing with the management, I still haven't received a refund, constantly offering options that were too complicated for me, and pretending it was my fault. NO! It was incredibly frustrating to hear all this from the first manager and feel like they were making a fool of me!

Perfect location, quiet, but still close to everything important. 5 minutes walk to the harbor.

Good hotel near the main street
Pros:

Cons:

Upstairs bedroom with little room to put luggage - thus necessitating leaving the bags downstairs - bit of a nuisance getting changed morning and night

Pros:

Localização boa, perto da rua principal e com acesso ao pontos turísticos.
Lounge no ultimo andar com conceito interessante.

Cons:

O cafe da manha e oferecido no quarto, o que não gostamos muito.
Ficamos em três no quarto, um ocupando o sofá cama do andar inferior, o que dificulta a movimentação neste andar, ainda mais tomando o cafe no quarto.

Pros:

Perfect location- short walking distance to the waterfront, museums, restaurants and shopping.
We had an upper floor room with a huge terrace from which we could admire the iconic view of the mountains, the Channel and the "road to Antarctica".
Clean, modern , comfortable, very interesting design.
Breakfast was more than plentiful, delivered to the room.
Super nice staff. Thank you all!

Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente. El desayuno a la habitación muy abundante y comodo. El personal amable y atento. Y la habitacion moderna, comoda y con todo lo necesario. El servicio a la habitación tambien un 10! Todo destacable, 100% recomendado

Excellent apartment for a short or long stay
Pros:

The staff met my breakfast menu requirements perfectly using the adorable picnic basket at whatever time I requested. The kitchenette gave me all the tools I needed to make great meals, coffee, and tea.

Cons:

The internet connection was weak. The switch for the blinds was behind the blinds, making it difficult to open. The stairs are a bit steep, so the room would not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues.
