-dirty spots on sofa, sheets, pillow cases
- hotel environment dirty and furniture worn
-front desk rep couldn't answer questions because I did not book with hotel
-the refrigerator froze my items instead of keeping them cool

Pros:

I like how it was clean when you walked in he had to have keys on the back side of the building to get in he was really other hotels their doors are broke this one wasn't in the room, room was a great choice.

Cons:

I didn't like how the handicap room did not have a shower curtain blocking the shower entryway I did not like how the shower head sprayed the water out it was like it did not want to work for a minute and I had to mess with it to get it to work correctly I did not like how the bathroom door would get stuck on the bed frame..

Lovely experience with lots of ❤ care for their tenants .
Pros:

Breakfast was good
The people that run the place were excellent. Above and beyond friendly
and very much filled with love .
Big hearts :-) <3

Cons:

The carpet needed a very good cleaning (inside the room!)

Somewhat uncomfortable.
Pros:

Hotel looked fancy until I stepped into my room. Breakfast was good, lots of options, staff were helpful & friendly.

Cons:

Stepping into the room, the carpet was dirty and stained up, the smells was a tinge of mold stains in bed also two small bugs never again.

The beds were so comfortable.

Cons:

There was a ton of hair in the bed, that definitely did not belong to us. The breakfast was not very good. Also, our A/C unit broke multiple times, and our room was well into the 80 degree mark. We felt that we could have found a much nicer room for a similar price.
