The client for whom the room was booked complained of the smoke smell, dirty carpet and bugs

Wasn't clean. Had a weird smell in all the hallways and doorway. Like a rotting food smell. Also- Found alot of goldfish crackers behind the couch, but we didn't bring any goldfish crackers!

Loud guest otherwise everything is ok.

The rooms were barely considered clean, the AC didn’t work in our first room. The fridge barely worked due to being iced up.

Our room smelled terribly of cigarette's. The bed sheet for the pullout couch had a yellow stain, the blanket had a hole and the bath towels had a stain on it as well.

The room had a bit of stains on the sofa. Looked like red wine and on the bed cover had some footprints as well. In the washroom, there was no hair dryer.

Not clean, the breakfast bar was drity, It here was ant in my room that got in my food when I left it out on the desk for twenty minutes and I meant a lot of ants. Ant also in the bathroom on the sink and around the toilet floor is mean a lot. A paying customer should not have that experience. When I brought it the attention of. The management he said aoh well I camt do anything about that have a good day.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. Shower had hair in it, toilet when lifted seat you could tell hadn’t been cleaned after last guest then the debris on floor under sink. Floor had not been swept or mopped if they do that (dropped something) that’s how I know the floor was dirty. Otherwise a decent stay to sleep

The room was gross. First day, the bedding needed changed - there were brown spots all over. The couch was gross - when the bed inside it was pulled up, it looked like it has not been vacuumed under in a very long time. Fridge didn't work. Shower head didn't work properly. The ice bucket alone was gross and lid was cracked.

The staff

Staff ask me to bring our used towels to the front desk in order to get fresh towels. He then inspected them on the counter in front of other guest and charged me for one that had hot wing sauce on it. The tub held water during our shower. Your literally stand in above the ankle deep water while showering.

ASKED US TO LEAVE AFTER WE CHECKED IN AND SEEN ONE OF THE 2 ROOMS WE BOOKED BEDS WERE FILTHY AND WE ASKED THAT THE ROOM TO BE CHANGED. HE CAME TO INSPECT THE BEDS AND SEEN WE HAVE THE # 13 BALLONS AND A HAPPY BIRTHDAY BANNER BECAUSE IT’S MY SON BIRTHDAY WEEKEND, HE TURNS 13 TOMORROW. INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT THE BEDS HE WAS WORRIED ABOUT 2 BALLONS AND A BANNER. OF COURSE HIS MOTHER AND I WEREN’T HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND DEFINITELY LET HIM KNOW ABOUT IT AND HE ASKED US TO LEAVE, WE CHECKED IN AT 4PM AND BY 5:12 PM HE WAS ASKING US TO LEAVE. OUR MONEY WAS RETURNED BUT THAT WON’T BE UNTIL MONDAY BECAUSE IT’S THE WEEKEND . I HAVE MY 2 SONS AND 6 OF HIS FRIENDS TO LOAD UP ALL THE SNACKS, FOOD AND GIFTS AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. THANK GOD HOMEFIELD SUITES IN WAUWATOSA HAD 2 GREAT ROOMS FOR US TO BOOK. THE RESERVATION HAS MULTIPLE KIDS AND ADULTS ON IT AND WHEN CHECKING IN WE TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS OUR SON BIRTHDAY WHEN WE WERE BRINGING ITEMS IN AND HE SAID NOTHING UNTIL HE WAS ASKED ABOUT THE DISGUSTING BEDS. IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PAYING GUEST AFTER BEING THERE FOR 45 MINS?? I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A CAKE AND BALLONS AND A BANNER NOT BEING ALLOWED IN A HOTEL ROOM BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT HE SAID. Room don't get cleaned. You have to pre ask for wash clothes and bath towels for the next day every day. And if you ask for wash clothes after 4 you can't get any until house keeping comes in next day 830 am. Phone cords cut so you can't call front desk from your room.
