Proche de mon lieu de formation et accueil du personnel très agréable.
Possibilité de laisser sa valise avant le Check in.

Cons:

Bruit des chambres à côté mais pas trop tard dans la nuit donc ça va.

Ma réservation non retrouvée, une chambre attribuée à 00h30, et quand je rentre dedans, un homme y dormait…. Alors que j’avais appelé la semaine précédent mon arrivée…. Seul geste commercial: les taxes de séjour. On aurait pu m’offrir les petits déjeuners ou autres…

L’emplacement est très bien et le petit déjeuné très copieux.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé via booking et payé l’intégralité de la chambre.

Or, arrivé la bas on nous demande de payer 27€ en plus de ce que l’on a payé sur booking « ce que vous avez payé c’est les frais que booking prend »
Évidemment, après contacté booking, ce n’ai pas vrai et que je n’aurais pas dû payer en plus. (Un peu voleur ?)

De plus, nous sommes ici fin octobre, dehors il fait 15 degrés avec le vent et la pluie, nous arrivons dans la chambre qui est à 17 degrés avec Clim allumé et fenêtre ouverte !
Et on nous informe à l’accueil que le chauffage n’est pas encore allume et qu’il ne le sera pas pour le moment.
On a quand pu avoir un chauffage d’appoint où l’a chambre a pu monter à 19 degrés après 3h de chauffe…

Rooms weren’t clean on check in and missing toilet paper. Had next door room 320 blasting music at midnight. Had to call reception to get them to come up and get the residents to turn it off. Absolutely unacceptable with small kids. There were groups of people making noise and dancing to music in the hallways after 1pm then the fire alarm went off cause some idiot decided to smoke in their room. Absolutely terrible stay throughout! Tops even the worst hotels in a 3rd world country!

Miła obsługa i dogodna dla mnie lokalizacja.

Cons:

Określiłam na początku pobytu że nie potrzebuje sprzątania codziennie, jednak drugiego dnia wyjazdu zbiłam szklaną butelkę w pokoju i poprosiłam obsługę hotelu o odkurzenie pokoju. Niestety nikt tego nie zrobił do końca mojego pobytu.
