The evening meal provided in the dining room was delicious. The bar was great and served the best non-alcoholic cocktail EVER. The original building has been beautifully renovated.
The cleaning could have been of a higher standard - especially in public spaces.
View and cleanliness and the old fashioned fitments in bathroom
N/a
View was great from our Heritage Room. Buffet breakfast was good and the staff co-operative and friendly.
Bathroom sink too small and the ledge above it stuck out over the sink so that it was difficult to wash one's face or brush teeth.
The views of the Mountains
was good but snacks at bar are not available after 8 pm.. I ended up hungry because i missed dinner and no snacks or light meals in the hotel and it was a rainy night to go out. I believe if there are International tourists are expecting some food available in the hotel after 8 pm.
room was excellent great views & dinner was amazing
View.
the view from the room we stayed at was nice, however its not worth your money. I only got 10 minutes out of our whole trip to appreciate the view and you could just go to the bar and look at it for free. The room was too small, could barely open the door to the bathroom, bathroom smelt absolutely terrible from the beginning. We had several large bugs in our room, the TV didn't work, staff at the restaurant were so stressed out and need to practice some composure, using normal phrases would help too. The food at the restaurant was the most expensive for the worst quality have ever experienced. reception staff were also very snobby and insulted my husband and I. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.
Son positionnement
Le dîner du soir n’est pas à la hauteur du lieux surtout pour 2 raisons:
Le restaurant ferme assez tôt (21h)
Le prix pour la prestation servie : 90 dollars pour un plat sans accompagnement et un dessert
Spectacular views of the Mountain Ranges
Towels were not 'Clean'
Bit smelly
Beautiful spot and views
Can’t get a decent coffee, $39 per person for an average breakfast seems like a lot. No room service for $600 a night, emergency fire alarm at 5am Sunday morning. Everything a bit dysfunctional.
The overall atmosphere, the nice lounge areas to relax and enjoy the view.
The view, food and staffs. Room was clean, beautiful but we got transferred to valley view from standard and realized after that we have been given smaller rooms.
We were not told that the room was going to be smaller after the change to valley view. I guess we thought valley view would be better but I would rather stay in spaceious place then smaller place with view because we were out mostly.
The staff were always so friendly and accommodating. They made you feel special.
There wasn’t anything I wasn’t happy with.
