Soggiorno So Espeto
Pros:

Stanza e bagno molto ampi, ampio terrazzo vista mare.
Disponibilità di una cucina con bollitore, frigo, tostapane e macchina del caffè a cialde. Disponibilità di un supermercato e un panificio/ bar vicino all'alloggio.
All'arrivo in stanza abbiamo trovato un piccolo Madeira e un dolcetto tipico.


Petra ci è venuta incontro di fronte ad un errore nelle date, quindi all'ultimo momento abbiamo soggiornato un giorno in più senza problemi.

Cons:

Posizionata su più svincoli, quindi una zona molto trafficata.
Il bagno aveva un'unica piccola mensola per appoggiare gli accessori da bagno. Non c'era lo shampoo.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti e a parte un unico cambio di asciugamani la stanza non è mai stata pulita, probabilmente perché concepita per soggiorni brevi.

Pros:

A fost aproape de aeroport, zona liniștită, restaurantul a fost la parter. A fost curățenie și cameră a fost mare, spațioasă!
A fost o locație de mijloc în care ai putut să te deplasezi în diferite locații fără grija.

Cons:

A fost o masă mică în cameră, poate ca ar fii indicat sa puneți o masă mai mare pentru ca oaspeții să aibă spațiu.

Pros:

The hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was parking available, a large supermarket nearby, and a restaurant in the hotel. They even served us free bananas. The room had a large terrace, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

When you enter the room, the first thing you see is the toilet. It is completely open, with no door separating it from the rest of the room. If you use the toilet, any smells can spread throughout the entire room.

There is a separate toilet with a door in the corridor, so we preferred to use that one. Also, if you are not staying alone, you need to be very comfortable with the person sharing the room, as there is no privacy and they can see you while using the toilet.

Pros:

Près de l’aéroport et de la location d’auto. Restaurant à même l’hébergement.

Cons:

Non accessiblilité de la superbe piscine qui se situe au milieu de la salle à manger. Non respect de l’entente de location. Nous devions avoir une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la mer et nous avons eut balcon avec vue sur l’autoroute.

Great location, helpful host, and convenient keyless access with free parking.
Pros:

The host was really helpful, especially when we needed help finding a place for laundry. They were mindful, attentive, and super nice. Even though checkout was at 11 am and we accidentally slipped that, we texted her and she was completely okay with it—no stress at all.

The location is great: just 4 minutes from a supermarket and pharmacy, with a restaurant right next to the place. There's plenty of free parking, which is a huge plus. It's also only about 15 minutes from Funchal, making it very convenient for exploring.

The place even has a library, and access is all via codes on the doors instead of keys, which is way nicer and more convenient. Overall, a great stay with a wonderful host!

Very accomodating with very little notice
Pros:

Comfy, nice size, staff in charge were exceptional.

Cons:

No Air conditioning and the room was very hot. Had to have the fan on and door open for an hour to cool the room down.

Ottimo soprattutto la pulizia e accoglienza
Pros:

Pulizia davvero ottima, unica cosa forse poco igienica sono i tappeti ma in realtà non puzzavano e comuque sembravano molto puliti.
Lenzuola, bagno, armadi, tavoli, letto tutto pulito in maniera ottima.
Vista dalla finestra del bango molto bella.
Doppia finestra rende l'Insonorizzazione molto buona.
Il benvenuto con prodotti tipici di Madeira davvero apprezzato.
Ogni mattina all'entrata della struttura c'erano le banane locali gratuite.
Cucina ultra munita e professionale, usata poco ma quandoi ci sono passato era pulita e molto fornita.
A disposizione anche vini locali con contributo, non sfruttato ma sicuramene apprezzabile.
Libreria molto bella e rilassante.

Cons:

La struttura è attaccatta alla superstrada e di sera purtroppo nel silenzio fa molto rumore. Aiutano moltissimo le finestre ma con il fatto del caldo o cercare di asciugare anche solo gli asciugamani il beneficio viene rimosso praticamente.
Anche per arieggiare o se hai caldo hai rumore costante. Per forttuna non ci ha dato troppo fastidio perchè l'isola ti spreme per bene nei giorni di visita (in senso molto positivo).
Mancanza di posizionamento per ariegggiare scarpe/vestiti/asciugamani doccia.
Mancanza di appendini che sono molto utili vicini alla finestra per asciugare asciugamani doccia che perennemente erano umidi.
Materasso troppo morbido, ho fatto veramente fatica a dormire (75kg, 1,90cm)
Una lavanderia comune come la cucina non l'ho vista ma sarebbe stata molto comoda visti i trekking giornalieri.
