A fuir absolument
Cons:

La chambre était extrêmement sale. Les draps n’avaient probablement pas été changés depuis les derniers locataires (nombreuses taches sur les draps et cheveux dans le lit). Les oreillers étaient puants et extrêmement sales (voir photos). Nous nous sommes fait arnaqués, c’est une honte de louer une chambre dans cet état. Rien avoir avec les belles photos de leur site!

This is a great spot but it is not always clean.
Pros:

The unique layout of the room and building was definitely a pro.
The breakfast was great.
They provided great beach towels and the linens were nice.

Cons:

They didn’t clean. They said they would provide cleaning service after 3 nights. I inquired and they said it was scheduled for tomorrow and they never came. They didn’t provide coffee, there was minimal soap, and no cleaning supplies. There were lots of bugs and webs inside the unit.

We loved the vibe of this small boutique hotel and it was so relaxing.
Pros:

Great location just a short beautiful walk to the beach - the breakfast at La Cabane was truly exceptional and a great way to start each day. The service and food quality were some the best we have experienced and a true highlight of our stay. We can not wait to come back!

Beautiful secluded experience minutes from the Pacific Ocean. Clean, modern, peaceful.
Pros:

Walking in to the property, you know you have arrived at someplace special. The pools lend a sense of grandeur. It was a 2 minute drive to watch the sunset over the ocean. The kitchenette had everything we needed. An incredible bonus is the family of monkeys who live around the property.

Cons:

Certainly not the property's fault, but paved roads will someday be a big improvement for the area, which is currently under development.

Lugar muy elegante y bonito.
Pros:

El alojamiento es tipo villas colocadas entorno a la piscina. Tienen dos habitaciones independientes entre si. Dentro hay una cocina equipada, la ducha esta afuera de la habitación (aunque es privada), lo que podría ser un pequeño inconveniente para quienes no gusten de sentir brisa o precisen de agua caliente al ducharse (para mi no fue problema). El alojamiento no tiene un restaurante como tal por lo que debes ir a los lugares cercanos a comprar. La habitacion estaba muy bonita y todo perfecto.

Cons:

La ubicación no es tan cercana a la playa como pareciera. De hecho son como 10 minutos en coche. No hay lugares cercanos (un minimarket no muy surtido y el restaurante mas cercano Le cabene ni siquiera nos permitieron comer por "no tener reservación"). Del desayuno no puedo argumentar mucho porque el dia que salimos no había electricidad y no pudimos tomar el desayuno donde se debía, aunque el establecimiento trató de solucionar consiguiéndolo de otro lado (aunque no estuvo tan bueno, pero no es culpa del anfitrión). El camino es calle rural llena de polvo, pero entra cualquier vehiculo.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful accommodations close to an incredible beach.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Nice to have a kitchenette. Pool provided a nice atmosphere. Care has been taken to use high quality finishes. The beach at Avellanas is actually incredible.

Cons:

It is a long bumpy unpaved road to get to this area. I was under the impression that it was a quick walk to beach from property. It is a good walk on a road that is so dirty/dusty that even the green trees are brown.

Pros:

La piscina está muy bonita para que los niños estén, ya que tiene muchas entradas donde pueden sentarse o estar. Tiene una parte con sombra. Fuimos varias familias y como es un espacio que las habitaciones rodean las áreas comunes es ideal para compartir con amigos o familia.

Cons:

El nombre Beachwalk Avellanas te da la impresión de que puedes llegar caminando a la playa frente al hotel, pero en realidad está frente al estero y tuvimos que ir en vehículo a la playa.

Buenas instalaciones pero falta mejorar

Instalaciones nuevas, aún olía a pintura. Bienvenida acogedora

Cons:

El personal resultó grosero al dirigirse; inclusive se pelearon porque decían que por no limpiar bien las calificaciones bajaban. Indican que tienen cargador de carro eléctrico y no fue así; tuve que trasladarme para cargar mi carro eléctrico porque era mentira y fue la principal razón por la que escogí quedarme en Playa Avellanas; tenerlo muy presente porque no hay. Hubo una fiesta donde todos comían dentro de la piscina y preferimos irnos a la playa porque era imposible utilizarla.
