It was a good location for me.
Nothing
I was given a room that was full of smoke. They changed it quickly. They cleaned the room and left trash under the door. When I returned from a work meeting, a surprise of trash was waiting for me under the door. The staff does not speak English, which makes communication difficult. We asked to order a taxi for us early in the morning and this was not done...which was very surprising. The breakfasts are not tasty. I would say the hotel is 3 stars, not 5. I will not return to it again.

The breakfast was quite good and the location of the Hotel is also good. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The downside was that the staff could not speak English.
Appoint at least one front staff who could understand and speak English. AC is set and does not go below 25 degrees
The staff were very helpful and friendly
The first room wouldn’t go below 27 degrees C so they moved me to a new room and it was still very hot and the aircon wouldn’t go below 24 degrees C. They moved me to a lower level and told me to open a window as it was cold outside! 😳 Aircon should be able to get to 20 degrees C in any hotel! So they gave me a pedestal fan to have for the duration of my stay, that helped. Also, parts of the room kept breaking, something fell off the roof in the bathroom, the electrics were coming out of a socket, the second room they put me in was a bit run down and tired.
