Villa Scotillo ben posizionata al centro,vicina al mare,a pochi passi trovi tutte le comodità disponibili,accessibile a piedi,la gentilezza dei proprietari è meravigliosa con eleganza e cortesia ti fanno sentire a casa,ci siamo trovati benissimo ci siamo fermati qualche giorno in più,ve lo consiglio vivamente un cordiale saluto a voi Raffaele e Angela
La struttura è ben posizionata sia dal centro,sia dal mare a pochi passi da tutto puoi rilassarti e trascorrere una bellissima permanenza ve la consiglio

La Stanza era a piano terra e aveva una finestra che dava sulla reception quindi non abbiamo potuto aprirla e siamo dovuti stare senza luce ,e aria,
La posizione della struttura,nel centro storico,il parcheggio interno, praticamente non abbiamo mai preso l'auto,la gentilezza dei titolari, sempre a disposizione,e la colazione mattutina,sempre abbondante.

Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa, cordiale e senza complicazioni.
La camera era accogliente, pulita e molto curata. Anche l’ascensore è stato davvero comodo. Molto apprezzati anche i parcheggi disponibili presso la struttura.
Il punto forte è stata la fantastica colazione, con tutto ciò che si possa desiderare. Anche le richieste extra vengono soddisfatte con piacere.
Un soggiorno davvero piacevole: torneremo volentieri e consigliamo questo B&B di cuore!

Voglio ringraziare tutto lo staff del Villa Scotillo, per la splendida accoglienza e cortesia dimostrata durante il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare al sig. Antonio titolare della struttura per i consigli e la premura dimostrata nei nostri confronti e per l'ottima e abbondante colazione che ci ha fatto trovare tutte le mattine. Bellissima vacanza torneremo appena possibile. Grazie.

The property is very central and close to the old town, local supermarkets and beaches (walking distance).
Parking was included in the price and that was a big plus as we would have struggled finding it on the street.
They came every morning to clean our flat and we could decide when to change the towels. The flat was quite spacious (we were 2 ppl) and had an outside patio that was also quite spacious and it came with a laundry horse. The AC works really well.
The hosts provided us with really good recommendations in terms of beaches and restaurants, which turned out to be really good spots.
The breakfast is included in the price, it has a lot of options such as cakes, fruits, yogurt and some savory options. They also bring out a warm beverage of your choice (eg coffee). However, we were disappointed as the fruit was not fresh, it had been kept in the fridge for days and tasted rancid.
We left a few days before ferragosto. We expressed that we wanted to leave our car for the day of check out and if not possible at least leave of luggage. We said we would pick it up around 15. The owner wasn’t able to help and offered no solutions for instance a temporary key.

Ottima posizione, al centro vicino al mare. Posto auto. Il propietario e la figlia sono molto disponibili, gentili e cortesi. Soggiorno piacevole, tutto ciò che occorro per una famiglia.
Ottima l'accoglienza e l'attenzione, appartamento pulito, confortevole e in ottima posizione (a 2 passi dalla vivace via pedonale, ma al riparo dai rumori della movida; a 15 Min dalla stazione o dalle fermate dei bus)
Super Lage mit traumhaftem Blick über die Bucht. Große sehr saubere Zimmer, leckeres, italienisches Frühstück und große Parkplätze direkt am Haus auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Sehr nettes Personal, persönlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung!
Восхитительный отель расположенный в самом центре, в вилле середины прошлого века. Номер был чистым, комфортным, с отлично работающим бесшумным кондиционером, комфортной кроватью. Большой просторный балкон со столиком, где можно посидеть вечером, и возможностью посушить постиранные вещи. Мне очень понравился завтрак: сытный, разнообразный и ничего лишнего. Замечательные доброжелательные и внимательные хозяева. А еще очень уютные столики под лимонным деревом во дворе.
Это совсем мелочь, но в такой идеальн оборудованной ванной не хватало полочки в душевой кабине: хозяева заботливо предоставляют маленькие тюбики со всеми средствами, а поставить их некуда
