Pros:

I m not taking a break fast. But dinner is excellent. And location is very Good as I want near the Shree स्वामी समर्थ temple.

Cons:

Ground floor bathroom should be inside the room.

Not worth it.
Pros:

Food was homely and tasty.
Room was clean as also the washroom and towels, bedsheets, etc. were also clean. Water jug needs to be provided in the room.

Cons:

Inspite of Booking.com facility of booking at '0' cost, the owner insisted on making token payment for keeping the room reserved which was not as per policy, though Booking.com had confirmed the booking.
Room was not self-contained. Only one towel was provided, on insisting, we got one each for the occupant. There was door instead of wall between the room and the adjacent room occupied by other party. Hence the noise in other room was quite irritating at times especially at night and early morning.
The distance to the temple seems to be more than 2 kms, not at all walkable, and with no easily available transport facility. Didnt find it convenient to commute to the city centre/temple.
There is no kitchen at the property, hence waiting time to get the food order delivered was somewhat long. Its prepared elsewhere and then brought here.
