Pros:

L'accoglienza, il personale e la cucina: tutto molto buono e in generale l'esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Le camere sono silenziose ed è un posto perfetto per rigenerarsi e vivere qualche giorno al ritmo che si vuole.

Bellissimo ponte del 2 Giugno
Pros:

Hotel favoloso situato al centro del paese da cui si gode un'ottima vista sulle montagne circostanti. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, piatti gustosi e autentici. Camera all'ultimo piano dalla vista mozzafiato ... tutto perfetto, approvato anche dal nostro Lucas.🐈

Staff molto gentile e disponibile a fornire le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. Buona anche la colazione e molto varia. Molto gradito anche il regalo della camera con terrazzo in alternativa alla camera normale della prenotazione

Un consiglio di miglioramento potrebbe essere l'aggiunta di lenzuola durante il periodo estivo

In perfetto Trentino's Style
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ma accoglienza, servizio, cortesia e disponibilità, ci sono piaciute molto.
Claudio gentilissimo e preparato, oltre che a consigliarci sulle migliori scelte in zona, ci ha anche aiutato a risolvere un problemino che non dipendeva assolutamente da loro.
Da ripetere con più tempo...

Erholsamen Wochenende
Pros:

Sehr netten Empfang, obwohl wir um 21 Uhr angetroffen sind. Man hat uns alles erleutert, mit dem Zugang, Parkplatz und Infos über unseren Aufenthalt.
Waren sehr hilfbereit uns gute Restaurant hinzuweisen.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Restaurant im Hotel sehr früh schliesst.
Frühstück reichend, aber könnte auch mehr Frischobst vorhanden sein.
Parkplätze sind auf einer Hand zu zählen, kann wie es bei uns der Fall war, da wir um 21 Uhr angetroffen sind, ein Problem werden.

Bel posto deluso per la quota cane

Le camere erano belle soprattutto la pulizia ben calde

Cons:

La cosa che mi ha dato fastidio pagare il cane 15,00 al giorno per 4 totale 60,00 prima volta che pago il cane una somma così alta in alcuni hotel a 4 stelle era gratis ... sinceramente mi ha dato fastidio perché nn ha avuto nessun servizio per di più pagato senza nessuna ricevuta non c'era neanche scritto su booking.
