This hotel leaves a bad taste for El Nido. Even though El Nido is a great place

The staff are very good, very accommodating. The bed is excellent

Cons:

This is not a 3 star hotel. This is a 1 star hotel if ever. The shower water pressure is woefully weak, no safe to keep valuables, and ants around.

We paid for a 3 star accommodation & got 1 star accommodation if at all. We feel cheated.

The pictures on the website are so glossily portrayed & very deceptive. We are so disappointed. If they were honest about it, then we would know what to expect & so would not complain.

We were so uncomfortable that even if we paid for 5 nights, we left earlier, only stayed 4 nights, never mind about losing the extra hotel charge, we transferred to another hotel. So many other guests we have talked to complained also.

I don’t normally complain but I’m doing this so that other future guests can’t be “victimised “.

The hotel should be honest with what they are disclosing so that guests know what they are in for

IT WAS A VERY NICE STAY.
Pros:

WE DID NOT EAT BREAKFST. BUT THE FACILITIES FOR COOKING FOOD WERE GOOD. THE OWNER WAS LOVELY, AND INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER TO US.

Cons:

THE ROAD TO THE ACCOMODATION WAS VERY POOR CONDITION. BUT THIS WAS NOT THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY.

Pros:

What I'd liked the most was how accommodating and caring Ate Bel was. She cooked us superb and exceptional meals. The environment was really conducive for relaxation and work. It's what I missed the most, the people who worked in the hotel.

Cons:

Just the distance from our hotel to the event.

Pros:

Accommodating host, and attending to all our needs. Aside from A/C room, there's ceiling fan for a more comfortable room.

Cons:

The place is hard to find, and some drivers are not familiar with the resort. Intermittent water supply, especially when they are washing their car.
