Beautiful stay with good location but only suitable for French speaking guest

Friendly staff

Cons:

Poor noise isolation. If there is guest dining outside, you can hear the whole conversation. If people are moving stuff upstairs, you can hear the noise too. Bird singing will also wake you up at 5am
Manager of the riad is not in this riad. Staff does not speak English. You won’t get help immediately if you have emergency.

Auténtica experiencia de riad en la medina con encanto.
Pros:

Riad en pleno centro de la medina a poca distancia de Jema el fna. Se llega con cierta facilidad y cercano a calle principal y animada. No se nota nada de ruido y da gusto despertarse con el sonido de pajarillos. El patio súper bonito y encantador con buena luz. Riad estilo más clásico, auténtico y con encanto. La habitación muy espaciosa. El desayuno tradicional muy completo.

Cons:

Quizá algo de poca luz en las habitaciones. Algo parsimoniosos con todos los procesos desde check in a desayuno.

Pros:

Wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Riad, mitten in der Medina . Nach einem bunten und ereignisreichen Tag , kann man dort seine Sinne entspannen und taucht ein in die totale Ruhe .Reichhaltiges und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Personal und Management sind sehr freundlich und behilflich beim Organisieren von Serviceleistungen . Transfer am Morgen zum Flughafen hat wunderbar geklappt.

Das Riad hat eine gute, zentrale udn ruhige Lage. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, das beste der ganzen Reise.

Cons:

Die Außentür kann nur von innen geöffnet werden, man bekommt keinen Schlüssel für die Tür. Man muss klopfen, damit jemand vom Personal öffnet. Das hat immer gut geklappt. Allerdings war mein Zimmer direkt über der Eingangstür und es kam vor, dass Gäste sehr spät zurückkamen und sehr laut und ungeduldig geklopft haben.

Ein schönes einfaches Riad mit tollem Personal und Super Frühstück

Das Personal, vor allem Amal, waren super. Tolles Frühstück. Schönes Ambiente im Hauptsaal und eine tolle Lage, man kommt überall schnell zu Fuß hin.

Cons:

Die Räume sind sehr schlicht, was fehlt ist ein Wasserkocher und Tassen. Hatten Immer wiedermal Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung. Man sollte den Taxiservice nutzen, da es sonst schwer werden könnte das Riad beim ersten Mal zu finden. Danach ist es leicht.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé le riad dans l'ensemble. le personnel très disponible et agréable. Nous avions la chambre au bout du patio, franchement nous n'avons pas aimé l 'emplacement. Trop proche des gens et beaucoup plus bruyant. Le matin pour aller prendre le petit déjeuné ouvrir la porte et se retrouver face au gens qui déjeune n'était pas très agréable. Finalement heureusement, il y avait des odeurs qui remontaient dans la salle de bain, ils nous ont donc changé de chambre ce qui était parfait. Dans la chambre il a manqué une bouilloire avec un sachet de thé et café. On a demandé a la personne de garde qui l'a fait sans aucun problème. La seule petite chose, il faut juste penser à remplir la bouteille de gel douche.
Mais c'était très agréable et confortable avec un personnel accueillant et à l écoute

Cons:

le chauffeur. Le jour d'arrivé nous avons attendu plus d'une heure. Amal a bien gérée. Pour le départ nous avions rendez vous à 15 h avec le chauffeur notre avions était à 18h15 le chauffeur n'est jamais venu. Un autre chauffeur extérieur à votre riad est venu le dépanner vers 15h30

A wonderful place to stay...close to the center, the riad is incredibly quiet. Excellent traditional breakfast, super friendly and courteous staff. A discovery that made us so happy!!!

An absolute delight :)
Pros:

Our stay was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more. The property is absolutely stunning and well decorated, we particularly enjoyed the roof terrace. Breakfast each morning was lovely and the perfect way to start our day. The staff at the riad were delightful, so so helpful and kind – we really appreciated everything they did for us to make our stay comfortable.
