A wonderful place
Pros:

A wonderful place to stay...close to the center, the riad is incredibly quiet. Excellent traditional breakfast, super friendly and courteous staff. A discovery that made us so happy!!!

An absolute delight :)
Pros:

Our stay was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more. The property is absolutely stunning and well decorated, we particularly enjoyed the roof terrace. Breakfast each morning was lovely and the perfect way to start our day. The staff at the riad were delightful, so so helpful and kind – we really appreciated everything they did for us to make our stay comfortable.

Pros:

Ayoub e tutto lo staff sono stati meravigliosi, sempre gentili e disponibili ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Colazione marocchina strepitosa! La posizione nel centro della Medina ma lontano dal caos e dal rumore. Il riad è una piccola gemma, il suo silenzio, la sua pace con il canto degli uccellini e i raggi del sole che arrivano dalle vetrate rendono tutto così magico. Un grazie anche ad Amal che per tutto il soggiorno si è resa disponibile ad aiutarci e darci consigli. Andare via non è stato facile e sicuramente torneremo!

Marvellous Marrakech
Pros:

It has a perfect location to discover the city, the souks and sights, all in short walking distance. The riad has beautiful architecture. We felt like home as the staff is kind, caring and provides excellent service. Breakfast is a real feast both for your eyes and stomack.

Wunderbar, würden das Riad wieder buchen!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Das Frühstück am Morgen war hervorragend und die Lage einfach optimal. Das Riad liegt nur etwa 20 Meter von einer belebten Straße entfernt und sehr zentral – kein langer Weg durch unbeleuchtete Gassen, sondern sicher und unkompliziert zu erreichen.
Wir hatten zudem das Glück, die Gastgeber persönlich kennenzulernen. Sie sind Schweizer, unglaublich herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich großartig um uns gekümmert und uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt vor Ort gegeben. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut.
Auf der Dachterrasse kann man sich nach einem turbulenten Tag in den Souks wunderbar zurückziehen und in der Sonne entspannen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Not what i expected
Pros:

The riad was impressive from the very first moment. It had all the charm and authentic features of a traditional Moroccan riad. The welcome was lovely, with a glass of traditional Moroccan mint tea offered upon arrival. A friendly staff member who spoke good English then welcomed me and showed me to my room. The breakfast was also very good and provided everything one needs to start the day with energy. It included an omelette, fresh orange juice, crêpes, coffee with milk, yogurt, honey, and jam. Overall, the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Upon my arrival in the evening, I discovered that the door of my room could not be properly locked — neither the inner glass door nor the outer door. This meant that the room could be easily opened from the outside. As a woman traveling alone, this made me feel very unsafe, especially since the room was on the ground floor.

I called a staff member who was on duty at the time (around 9 p.m.), and although he tried to fix the issue, it could not be resolved. Eventually, the hotel upgraded me to a suite, as I did not feel safe sleeping in that room.

However, once I moved to the suite on the first floor, I realized that there was no hot water available to take a shower. There was no one available to inform, nor any switch or instructions to activate the hot water, so I had to shower with cold water.

Un precioso remanso de paz
Pros:

Es un riad con un patio muy bonito en pleno centro de la medina, a 2 minutos de la plaza Jemna Fna. Un remanso de paz en el epicentro de la vida de Marrakech. Muy limpio, silecioso, super agradable. Atendido por un personal muy amable y dicreto. Además, como tiene pocas habitaciones es como si estuvieras en tu propio riad. Las habitaciones enormes y muy bonitas. Toda la decoración coherente con el estilo árabe del edificio. El desayuno muy bien, también.

Cons:

Nada. Todo bien. Si buscas algo así es perfecto.
Por aportar algo que pueda resultar útil si los propietarios están pensando en qué mejorar: creo que a la terraza y al acceso se le podría sacar más partido.

Un soggiorno oltre ogni aspettativa.
Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente meraviglioso, oltre ogni aspettativa. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, grazie a un’attenzione ai dettagli davvero rara.
La struttura è splendida, curata in ogni particolare, la camera impeccabile e arricchita da piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. La colazione è stata eccezionale, ricca e di altissima qualità.
Ma ciò che rende questo luogo davvero speciale è il team: professionale, gentile, sempre disponibile e pronto a offrire consigli preziosi per rendere l’esperienza ancora più autentica e indimenticabile. È grazie a loro se il nostro soggiorno è stato così confortevole, magico e rilassante.

Pros:

Cortile interno particolarmente spazioso e decorato.
Colazione soddisfacente (per gli standard marocchini)

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato una porzione di letto infestata da formiche, per cui -dopo aver cercato di pulire- abbiamo trascorso la notte in dormiveglia.
Rubinetti di bagno e doccia molto datati/scomodi.
