It overall good. The cleaning made our stay comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

The cleaning lady on the 12th floor was amazing. Exceptional service. The location is near to the Myeondong street market and the subway exit 10 right in the front. The wifi is good and fast. The room was spacious for 3 person with 3 big suitcases.

Cons:

Front desk was not very helpful because i guess of language barrier. I was asking if they have microwave and he doesn't understand so i have to translate it. Then don't greet people coming and unlike the hotels i have been to around Seoul. I also wish they have more chairs in the lobby as they have very spacious lobby. i hope they will sort out the stuff by the main door. It was a bit untidy.

Superb to stay with great location🥰❤️
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance with everything, shopping street, train, restaurant. Our room with great view. The room was superb big. No regrets. Very comfortable. We also go to the spa, worth it!

每天回到飯店熱得要死，打開氣窗外面噪音還一堆

交通方便

Cons:

沒有冷氣，什麼中央空調設定只能吹暖氣，外面商店明明都有冷氣，外面抗議雜物放置凌亂以為自己住到廢墟，5-6年來都一樣完全沒有改善，真的不會再來住了

立地が良い

Cons:

10年以上前から韓国へ行く時は便利なので利用していますが、年々フロントの対応が悪くなる一方
行くたびに不愉快になります
施設はかなりの古さと部屋の至るどころの劣化例えば
トイレのひび割れ
浴槽のひび割れ
壁のカビ
ベランダの汚さ
など沢山気になります
立地だけは良いので利用してますが

Posizione ottima, stanze più grandi rispetto alla media della città e pulizia ok! Molti posti, se piace camminare, si trovano massimo a 1,5 km di distanza, come i due templi più importanti, quindi raggiungibili a piedi! Consiglio vivamente

L’aspetto dell’hotel da fuori lascia a desiderare, perché ci sono ex lavoratori licenziati accampati per protestare

ホテルの入口で大音量で従業員不当解雇のデモをしていてうるさい。
フロントの人がとても無愛想でした。
フロントが下水臭かったです。
4人部屋に宿泊しましたが、天井が低くて圧迫感がありました。
