自動チェックインの操作を手伝ってくれて親切なスタッフもいた

エントランスに元従業員のデモの段ボールが積み上がっていて美観が悪かった、もし知っていたら予約しなかった
朝食会場の案内係の女性が感じが悪く、席を自由に選ばせるのに、広いテーブルを選ぶとそこはグループ用だと、どくように言われました。でも席は10以上空いており、私の後に広いテーブルに一人で座った男性にはどけといわず。そのスタッフに確認したらその男性は後で連れがくるからだと説明されたが、私が食事中に連れは現れませんでした。座れない席があるなら案内すればいいし、席がたくさんあまっているから、机をつなげたらいいし、残念に感じました。

Overall the hotel is good.
Pros:

The room was good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is super good.
The shocking part was the main entrance of the hotel which looked like a run down hotel but when you are inside the hotel looks good.

Pros:

立地が良く、部屋が広い。スタッフも日本語が話せるので安心して宿泊できた。

Cons:

洗面台のハンドソープが硬い。7Fのエレベーターのボタンが点かなかった。部屋の照明が暗い。枕元に電源がない。

Perfect for a short term stay due to amazing location, but this hotel has seen better days.
Pros:

Great location. Central and close to Myeongdong station exit.

Cons:

The entrance was filled with rubbish during our stay and the mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
